This is a new location so we were very hopeful that they would be on their A Game…. Welp, unfortunately that was not the case. Panda Express is Panda Express and IYKYK… This is a beautiful new space… That was the best part. The food was not at all presenting as fresh but.of.course they say oh it was just made… Absolutely no one said hello to us or cared to tell us about any of the foods or new menu opinions. I waited for fresh food and it still some how taste old, freezer burnt and stale. The noodles had literally just came from the wok, I saw them and they still taste freezer burnt and stale, . The chicken had an awful texture, like thigh meat, fat, and grissle. The appetizers were great, my spring roll was piping hot and the cream cheese rangoons were good as well. I just threw the meal away. Didn’t even bother asking for a solution bc the managers were preoccupied with standing in the way in the middle of the line speaking to a new hire. There also was a stray kid running around that belonged to one of the employees. It’s nice that they tolerate that but at least make the child behave. ♀️

Panda Express menus taste great when served fresh and hot, but by the next morning, while the taste may still be authentic, the texture will have degraded due to chemical preservation and/or additives. My best guess is that the food is no longer authentic Asian cuisine because Panda Express is a franchise.

I was super excited when this location opened and every employee has been very nice since I’ve been. Although, my biggest complaint is just that the noodles I end up being served seem to be from the bottom of the bowl so to speak. That or there’s always so many vegetables in the noodles is hard to enjoy the actual noodles. Especially if I can’t even swirl them with a fork because of how short and shabby they are. This is just my opinion based off other locations in Murfreesboro who just seem to serve the noodles better.

New location and modern layout. I chose the Beijing Beef, Walnut Shrimp and Chow Mein. The food was good but not the same as an established Panda Express. I really like the food taste at the Thompson Lane location.
The Chow Mein was dry and not very flavorful. The other food was up to par. The cola machine was fresh and cold. The staff was kept busy by a flow of customers.

I had a delivery order and they said they were out of Rangoon when my driver got there. They did not return the money for it to my card but told my driver they would. I tried to talk to corporate and nothing has been done.
They also left out my noodles in my order and gave me a crappy serving of rice.

First time eating here…food was awesome and portions large. Two plate meals for $20 can’t be beat these day.

$12 for their smallest portion with a side of spring rolls. No drink. Way, way too much compared to better tasting local Chinese restaurants.
Service was friendly. Place is clean but basically just a mall quality fast food buffet. Portions are generous but for the money you can do better.

I got the Beijing Beef with Chow Mein today & I started eating it on my way home and by the time I got home I was sick. I’ve been throwing up, my stomach is in cramps, & I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. The food quality was obviously bad. I won’t be eating here again.
Update- for sure food poisoning, have thrown up 8 times & counting. Having the #2 issue too. Stomach is in constant cramps.
