I ordered food and had them deliver it only to have all my extra sauces dumped out in the bag. When I called restaurant they wouldn’t even replace my order. They wanted to give me a five dollar credit after spending $80 on food.

This place is dirty. My first clue should have been that the parking lot was completely empty… but against better judgment I went in. The boy who took the order couldn’t understand anything I said. Food was not only wrong but also tasted bad . I dont know what’s wrong with their sauces but it was awful. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy…

I came during mid day for the lunch special to go. I ordered the beef low mein which came with fried rice and a egg roll. Staff was very friendly and wait time was less than 10 minutes. Food was very good and plentiful for a little over $6. Was surprised on how much came in the dish! Overall, a great experience and would recommend for a cheap and plentiful lunch.

I ordered two beef and broccoli with chicken fried rice and an egg roll automatically came with it. This was the worst beef and broccoli that I’ve ever had in my life literally. I ordered online ahead of time came in 3 minutes after it was already supposed to be ready. It still wasn’t ready they had no idea I was even coming. Literally watched her go to the back scoop it out of a pot. It was absolutely terrible with egg rolls tastes like plastic the rice was dry and starting to harden and then I got sick later on that day.

Received a menu from China Cafe that stated they deliver (with a minimum charge). Went to their website to place an online order to just to receive a “no delivery service to your address” message. I understand delivery is only offered within a certain radius, if my address wasn’t included then the menu shouldn’t have been mailed to me.

Two orders was placed to the same address, so explain why two different drivers to the same place. First drive insisted that two orders was in one bag. So both orders was paid for.Upon searching the bag only one order was in side. And I had just paid a driver for my order that I did not get. So after some deliberating they set things right however by this time my food was cold. And AGAIN NO EXTRA DUMPLING Sauce. THAT I asked for not 1 or 2 however 4 to 5 times. I can not intrust China Cafe with dinner again. This is not the first time!!!

Let me start by saying the service was quick but the food was not good at all. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was some fried shrimp covered in thick batter. We had to throw it away. I also ordered the vegetables and rice in garlic sauce. Way too much sauce and I couldn’t even taste the vegetables. I’m sorry but I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There is much better Chinese food in Louisville. I wasted my $40 because the food went in the garbage because that’s what it tasted like.
