No huge fan of the food at this restaurant chain. The service is fine however, there’s not much I can say about the food. They use high quality ingredients however, I’m not a fan of the bread or the sandwiches in general. It’s just my personal opinion that there are other sandwich shops that I enjoy eating at more than Jimmy John’s. And for the price, I should’ve enjoyed my meal more than what I did.

I haven’t even touched the food yet but we went through the drive through today to get lunch for my mom and it was nothing out of the ordinary but as soon as we pulled up to the window the sweetest and kindest smile popped up! On the receipt it says that the order was taken by someone named Gage regardless he was so kind! If all the people in the world were as kind as he was the world would be a better place! He wished us a very great day and hoped that we enjoyed our food. He was just so unbelievably kind and sweet it just makes your heart happy. I couldn’t leave it unrecognized. Thank you to Gage for making our day!

This mini restaurant has friendly staff, good food, but drinks are not self serve with no refill options. The place has almost no room to sit and enjoy your meal. Be prepared to eat in your car. The place is clean but like all jimmy John’s the menu is very confusing. Overall. It’s ok but skip if you want to sit down and eat your food.

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in the door and given time to look over the menu before placing our order. The staff was also very helpful in answering our questions, and pointed out how we could save by getting a combo and signing up for their rewards program. Our food was made promptly, and our order was correct. Both of our meals were fresh and tasted delicious with plenty of toppings on both sandwiches. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the kickin chicken wrap which was made wrong. I didn’t notice it til I got it home and started eating it. I called and told them and they said they could remake it. I told them I was home and wasn’t getting back out today. They didn’t make it right unless I went back to the store right then which was clear on the other end of town. Pretty inconvenient, Pretty disappointed, and would have cost me gas and my time to get back out after they messed up.

So today we went in at 11 to get lunch because we wanted to try it for the 1st time. Our experience was horrible. We order our food and we specified on 1 of our orders that we wanted a combo but after it got rang up they didn’t get the order correct. We asked afterwards that we wanted the combo and the response we got back is well I can charge you for a chip and drink if you would like. We took our food home to find out that all our food is cold. The bacon on the sandwiches were ice cold. I called to find out y and I was told that currently all subs are cold cut at the moment. There is nothing posted saying cold food and it wasn’t told to us that it would be cold. This was our 1st time and last time we will go here. We didn’t even get offered any kind of coupons for a apologie that would make things a little better for the poor service
