Wonderful food, service, and decor. Will definitely be back as their sushi rolls are amazing. We walked in and were greeted promptly. Menus are straight forward and very detailed. True deep south sweet tea. Steadily busy but not overly crowded on a Saturday night. Very accessible parking. This restaurant was not noisy at all. The location for this place is central to town. Their crab wonton were super crisp and clean tasting, every ingredient shined, the sauce was sweet and spicy without being to hot.

We’ve been to this place before, and it was just as good this time. Their sushi is delicious and comes in generous servings. Their hibachi is also quite good but has a bit of an extra sweet taste (probably to appeal to local tastes). I’d love to see this place have more customers, but I’m also certainly not against the calm, fairly quiet atmosphere.

the most sweet people ever! we recently moved to newport and tried this restaurant on a whim. The service was amazing, very down to earth people and we had great conversations with them. The food was freshly cooked but we also didn’t have to wait more than 15 mins for it to finish either. We recommend trying any of the baked sushi, it’s delicious!

I usually have a great experience here but not today. The teriyaki sauce was just throw in the box on top of the food so it just leaked out everywhere in the bag and the food tastes old. Like it was microwaved or cooked on a very dirty grill. I guess I need to find a better place to go. Plus what is that smell when you walk in? It’s so bad

This is my first time and I love it. Generous portions. I ordered to go and they actually gave me the salad that comes with the meal! No one else does that. My only issue is the place smells like poo. Could have used dirty mop water idk but otherwise I’ll def go back

I had the Volcano Roll, amazing… If you like spicy stuff, get it. The Volcano sauce gives it some kick, but not overwhelming. Also had the crab wontons, very light, crispy, and tasty. The dipping sauce for them is awesome. I dipped my other rolls in it until it was gone lol. Then I had the deep fried cheesecake for desert. Wow, it was good. Completely happy with this eating experience. Server was great as well!

We stopped here for dinner and had the crab rangoon, a couple of the sushi rolls, and the hibachi dinner. Everything was served hot and delicious! The sushi was the absolute star! It was some of the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend stopping here!

They have a really great lunch special for $10.99 that last 11-4pm I think. I took a pic of my meal and it was really awesome. I had chicken hibachi, soup, crab Rangoon, and a California sushi roll.
