The food was delicious (I had hibachi chicken) & very fresh. It came with an egg roll & steamed rice. Fried rice is $1 extra. They have soups for $3.99 but not the salads. The yum yum sauce has a different taste than the other Japanese restaurants. You get a good-sized lunch portion. They do not have a fountain machine, only can or bottled drinks. The guy working was friendly. The food comes in to-go containers, but you can set inside to eat if you choose. The prices are fair. I will definitely be going back to try something different.

I went with my husband and kids. The service was fast but the food was ok. They only had sprite or water to drink. The highchairs were broken. And they served food on paper plates. The egg roll tasted like store bought egg rolls. My husband didnt even finish his wings because he said they didn’t taste good. For the price I expected better but I didn’t get food poisoning thank God.

Trion is fortunate that Kumo Hibachi opened in our town. The food is fresh and from someone who loves Asian food it is awesome. It’s also for those like me who don’t normally eat fast food It’s a great alternative. I would recommend checking the restaurant out. You won’t be disappointed!!

I only dropped a star because if you want a drink you have to buy a can or bottle soda. I hope as they increase business they get a soda machine. When you walk in you will go to the counter to place your order, they have maybe 6 or 7 tables if you choose to sit and eat. The food comes directly in a to-go container so no need for waitress or waiters you pick it up at the counter. This is more of a fast food style and all though I was a little thrown off at first it was perfectly fine and made since. NOW the food, you get a FULL container. They do not skimp on the shrimp either. If you want fried rice it is 1 dollar extra but the prices are lower than what I was expecting so I felt it was fine to pay the extra. I absolutely enjoyed the food I have not one bad thing to say about it, even the veggies were perfect. The family was absolutely satisfied and we are so happy we have a local Japanese restaurant.

Just went to this restaurant. It’s the worst excuse for oriental food I have ever had. I ordered the 2 piece fish plate with fried rice. What I got was way overcooked fish nuggets and the ‘fried’ rice was nothing more than dry white rice with a little soy sauce mixed in.
I’m not sure who cooked for the people giving better reviews, but this was downright awful!
The limited menu is an indicator that they don’t have anyone who knows how to cook oriental dishes.

Food was SO GOOD! SO very tasteful and unique in its flavors and preparations! Different in a good way from the traditional here in Trion Ga. Had the chicken, steak & shrimp hibachi,.. great! Definitely try the Su Special! Crabmeat is awesome! Can’t wait to try the fish next!

This was our 2nd time eating here. I was so excited to see a new place open in chattooga county…but it has been a disappointment. The first time was Awful, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they had only been open 2 days. I just felt they were not prepared and the food was just ok. Today was the second time. We thought we’d try the wings big mistake. If your thinking of having a wing night…look elsewhere. I promise….even the dog won’t eat them. They taste just as unappetizing as they look. We got fried rices as well..they don’t have no veggies and it was fried. ..more like boiled with a light brown coloring. I’m sorry, but we will not be back.

This places is amazing I would recommend. It I get the steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi plate and it comes with alot of food . And the food is cheaper then most places for 2 plates I pay 30 something when I pay 60 at other places. They are always really friendly and the place is spotless… I hope this place is around for a very long time.

Food was great. It took a little bit to get the food due to being short staffed. It was hot inside and had to buy can drinks/bottles. But everything will be better seeing is how they just opened. Women up front was friendly. Def going to come back!

This is the worst food I’ve ever eaten, the only thing I have good to say about this place is it was somewhat clean, wings were dry and crusty with a horrible smell and the sauce tasted bad as well, I got french fries with it and they were freezer burnt. Nothing to drink but bottled water and bottled sprite from what looked like Costco.
