I have eaten at this place many times now and I love the food. I’ve ordered tacos de pollo, tacos de birria, caldo de pollo, horchata, and tamarindo. They serve the food quickly and freshly made. I rate this place 10/10.

Betty is definitely the best cook in town! We had tacos de Asada that came with grilled onions, cucumber slices and radishes. What I enjoyed the most was the Tostada de Ceviche with avocado slices and some salsa Valentina! Definitely a place to try! Hand sanitizer at each of the picnic tables. Very clean and delicious food! Perfect combination!

Excellent Tacos and Ceviche Tostadas! I was really hungry and in the mood for empanadas and gorditas but nobody in town really makes that.

I was driving by and decided to stop on a whim. I must say, this Food Truck is excellent and has some of the best tacos in town. True flavors and delicious.

I tried the ceviche and it was incredible. I also have tried most of their tacos and they are all fantastic.

The lengua, cabeza, pastor, barbacoa and carne asade tacos are know spectacular, and out of this world. Some of the best I have tried in America.

I really like Tacos Pastor but most recipes around here don’t use pineapples in the taco, but El Güero does!! Incredible flavor and excellent salsas.

I’m sure everything on the menu is delicious and gourmet, but I have yet to try everything yet. I will one day though.

I highly recommend you stop by and try something delicious today! You can’t go wrong and the staff are very professional, kind, and clean.

Thanks Taqueria El Güero!!

This was a picture of my torta de azada before it was absolutely devoured! We also tried the ceviche which was delicious as well. The torta was amazing, well seasoned and full of toppings. The salsas were incredible. The staff was so sweet. Everything was clean, fresh, and they had some nice tables to sit at and enjoy. Definitely come by and support this place, they really deserve it!

My husband and I visited for a quick bite on our way in to Asheville and it was amazing! We tried the chicken quesadilla, carne asada taco, and chorizo tacos and they were some of the best we’ve ever had! The staff is very kind and their little seating area was very clean and decorated with beautiful plants. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space and the food.

Some of the best tacos I’ve had. Definitely coming back to try the other food. Birria and chorizo were delicious. I was offered a aqua de Jamaica for free, which was on point…not too sweet. The green sauce was so spicy but so delicious. The orange sauce was perfect spice level for me.

Stopped here on a whim while in Flat Rock, and WOW. So happy I did! Ordered the Birria quesadilla and consomè, Al Pastor taco, and Horchata. The Birria quesadilla came with a side salad of Roman, chopped tomatoes, sliced onion, three thick slices of avocado, and cotija cheese. The cup of consomè was large, delicious, and full of Birria at the bottom! The taco meat was succulent and well seasoned, and came with a side of sautéed onions, cucumber slices, radish slices, and a wedge of lemon. The horchata was refreshing and light.

I will definitely be making the 45 minute journey from Asheville back here again!

If you’re going to charge almost $5 a taco I’d think you’d at least give me what I ordered. Ordered lengua they gave me cabeza and pastor tasted weird. Small portion and over priced not worth it
