Went today for a quick pepperoni pizza and wings for lunch for my family. Ordered for take-out online, one extra large pepperoni pizza new york style and a side of 10 piece wings. The pizza itself was just OKAY. Not very pleasing. Not much going on there. Sauce is sweet which I personally didn’t like (never been to Papa John’s before so thought i’d give it a try) and I am very disappointed. Maybe some people out there like a sweet pizza; but I personally don’t. However for the wings; they gave me the smallest pieces possible for the wings, and at a price of 12.99 on the 10 piece wings, it is unacceptable. I told the front cashier lady about the wings, and all she said was, “I put an extra one in there for you.” However the “extra one” was just two of the smallest ones they had, that she counted as ONE. Two little bite-sized miniature pieces of wings was what she counted as “extra one”. Completely unacceptable. I asked her if I can get a 10% off my order. I honestly will not be redeeming this as this is my last and only time at Papa John’s. Unacceptable.

We ordered 1 lg. stuffed crust. Pizza didn’t have no pull , no sauce. Very little pepperoni. I asked 4crushed peppers n parmesan cheese.. The driver didn’t speak English. So he didn’t even know what i was saying. This is a sorry place 4 STUFFED CRUST PIZZA

This Papa John location is excellent in service despite having seen 1 employee there has a great attitude with handling the front counter. The atmosphere is inviting and has hands down better than other pizza places. The only thing that bothered me was the pizzas stay on a metal rack instead of a warmer unit. It was on the lukewarm side. That was my fault. I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Went in to order the deal they have posted on their window. They told me it was for delivery orders only. Then tried to use coupons, and they said it only applies to online orders. We asked what deals they DO have for in house and it was less enticing as the delivery deals. So I cant help but ask…. what deals do people get for making the drive to come all the way here in person??

They use delivery through Door dash which is terrible because one of the pizzas arrived cold and the other in horrible condition. The large works pizza was undercooked and raw. The driver must of been super careless and the toppings all flew to one side of the box. Our pizza was all ruined and flopped into a pile of dough and toppings splattered everywhere. The sauce and pepper even busted all over. We tipped well too and ordered two large pizzas. Will never order again because all these pizza companies are using DoorDash to save money on labor. Look how careless these dashers are because they’re not from your business. They make the tip and your customers have to deal with getting bad food. All a mess and I can’t even complain to door dash because it’s papa John’s instead.

I have been at this place a few times already since opening, it’s normal that they are little slow or have some issues since they are a new young team and still learning and training so I understand. Overall the Pizza is Awesome and It’s better to come pick up in person for carryout in my opinion. But yeah, i plan on coming in more often.

I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour and a half for them to make and deliver. The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a papa John’s. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and my call was never answered as I was trying to cancel my order since it took forever!

Was very disappointed I can say about four strips of bacon supposed to be a New York style pizza no and people making the food need to wash their hands and put hair nets on it seem like they touch their face and then started making dough was not very happy with this place and it could taste better come on Shaq do better
