Serving sizes are not at all consistent, just got half a bowl and wasnt able to get half and half protein when there was only one piece of chicken left in the bowl. The lady said it looked like two servings so it was good enough. Got 8 pieces of chicken. That’s ridiculous and will not be going to wsu’s panda Express again.

Located inside the kryzsko commons building of Winona state university. Delicious food and friendly staff. Parking is tricky if you don’t have a student parking pass. You will have to park on the street and walk a bit.

Love Panda Express but one little suggestion not so much spice in the orange chicken. There needs to be a balance of sweet and spicy. ☺️

I stopped by the location while traveling back home, and pulled up into the university parking lot with no signs directing to Panda Express. Also called to see if they were open, but it went straight to voicemail. It’s probably not a real Panda Express that’s open all the time. Wish Google Maps didn’t say it was open if it’s not.
