I ordered online and it was by far the worst experience ever. How come I ordered one BLT and an Ultimate BMT and the bag was the weight of paper, not even heavy. For $20 I got one piece of the protein and barely even a handful of toppings. It’s literally only the bread I paid for at this point. Literally the worst experience ever.

Very poor customer service, corporate definitely needs to go buy a sandwich with their weekend clothes. They need to make it a priority to wipe down the fountain drink area looks very messy and the litte cup of soda will not get rid of all those fruit flies by itself just looks unsanitary and unprofessional.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. I placed a pickup order at 11:30 am and waited at the counter. When my order was ready, the elderly cashier asked for my name, which I provided. However, she still seemed unsure and requested to see my phone, putting me in an uncomfortable situation in front of other customers. After verifying my phone, she handed over my order without apologizing or thanking me. Her behavior was rude and unacceptable. I’m not the only one who has had a poor experience here, as I’ve seen numerous negative comments from other customers. I hope someone from Subway’s headquarters reads this and takes action, as it goes against their customer respect policy. Perhaps it’s time to consider canceling this franchise and retraining staff to provide better customer service.

Protein bowl was way to expensive for poor quality. They don’t cut the bacon. $15 for only offered a few ingredients. Done with Subway also. Should have just gone to Panera Bread. Probably pay the same price for better quality.

The young lady today at 1:40 that was taking care of clients is very rude. I have a medical condition and I ask to buy water and she said they didn’t had any bottle of water. I ask for the fountain water she said I had to buy a cup I said ok. I commented that I had a medical condition and she rudely told me to go to Walmart. I hope her mother don’t die of thirst

Today I had pleasure of having Vallerie make my sandwich. She went over all my choices for Italian style sandwich. She went into details of how fresh everything was. When she made sandwich the portions were perfect!

edit. i return here and when i order a sub, the rude employee couldnt be bothered to tell me that they no longer make just regular meatball sandwiches and that i would be charged extra. piss poor service.
all i wanted was a double stacked ham. the idiot kept hearing “deluxe” even when i’m basically shouting “double”. then arrogantly says that will be a double charge. told him forget it and left. rudest employee ever. just happened today October 13th 2020 close to noon time

First of all I give Four stars only because the only Staff Member to help me ..Valerie!!
Ask for Valerie she’s the reason I come to this location.
On July 11, 2023 I was in line the phone order where off the wall and Valerie had the counter line packed. Valerie was whipping out orders and very pleasant with customers..But Her Manager, Aika, was sooo rude and loudly putting Valerie down in front of the patrons !!!
Aika wasn’t even helping anyone!! Someone in line stepped in to stop the Rude Manager Aika.. from the down grading attack on Valerie, Shame on you Aika!!
*Management Please review this matter, Valerie is a real asset to this company and needs to be promoted as Manager!! Time to fire Aika and get back to the excellent service that employees like Valerie provide ..Subway needs Managers like Valerie!!!
