It was our first time at this location and they ran out of chicken so we had to wait 10-15 minutes for more to be done. We waited and waited and when we finally got to order the guy had put so much red salsa that it overpowered the whole meal and the food tasted bland like there was no seasoning. The next day I had the worst stomach pain in the world and I was throwing up all day. It lasts about 24 hours before feeling better so honestly I think I got food poisoning here.

I always enjoy coming to Chipotle! The food portions are generous and the value is amazing for what you get. Everything tastes fresh and satisfying, and you can really customize your meal just how you like it. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, making the experience quick and easy even when it’s busy. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a casual and tasty meal! ✨

Not a big fan of Chipotle and this one’s like the others, I guess that’s what you get from chain food anyway the food just doesn’t have a lot of flavor. I asked the lady for beef Barcelona but I ended up with asada which isn’t a bad deal but it’s not what I asked for. Be me on my birthday. Decide this chipotle bc last time the bowl was . Order double chicken and tip like $3. Pick it up on time – people were nice. Go back home to find less than half of the bowl filled and some chicken not even cooked through… ☹️

I LOVE Chipotle. I was excited that one opened near my house, but I must have bad luck because it is the worst chipotle I’ve been to.
The place is a mess. Always. I mean disgusting. I’ll attach photos of the main areas from today. I didn’t want to be rude and take photos of the food assembly area with staff right in front of me, and wasn’t about to take my camera out in the bathroom, but WOW always an absolute mess.
My family has a running joke where we say “place your bets! What will chipotle be out of this time?” I estimate they are out of something I want nearly 90% of the time. Off the top of my head they have been out of: chicken, taco shells, forks, cilantro, white rice, chicken again, sour cream, Tabasco, and tortillas. All different occasions.
Not too long ago we got burritos about an hour before closing. When we got home we found that the rice was uncooked, like break your teeth uncooked. We went the next day, receipt in hand and explained what happened. The guy looked extremely irritated, acted like we were lying, rolled his eyes, and had a long line so he “let it slide” because he was too busy to “deal with us” and gave us replacements. No apology, no “thanks for coming back”, no manners.
I don’t know who runs this place, if it’s a franchise or corporate or what, but I hope the review is a wake up call to them. I have always loved chipotle but I leave this location disappointed almost every single time.

Went to Chipotle, got a bowl and 2 burritos. My carniasada bowl and burrito meat was undercooked rice was crunchy. Rice was undercooked and crunchy on my steak. Burrito, the steak was undercooked. The meat on all the burritos was cold.
Even though they said they were waiting for the carne asada meat to be finished cooking. All the tortillas for all the burritos were very chewy.
I won’t be going back to this location.

The food is great but what happened? I used to get a whole amount now they half size down the burrito… really ?? Look how much room they could do more like they have always done!! My hands are 5 inches and I am a tiny lady… this burrito is a whole another rip off. Please do better!!!!!!!
