Extremely Rude light skin lady with a manly haircut, Told me “she’d get to my doordash order when she can”. After patiently waiting for over 20 minutes, if you can’t handle stress in a fast food environment then quit your job. No excuse to deal with customers this way because you’re mad at your occupation. Do better, I will be contacting corporate to have her facing consequences at any cost. Disgusting.

Got there at 9 at night and luckily they still were able to fix me up with 2 sweet onion teriyaki chicken, and a chicken bacon ranch salads and a foot long pretzel. The young man working that night was very helpful, polite, and had great customer service to me along with his young female co-worker. They were upbeat and full of spunk trying to get all the last minute orders out so they could work on closing. Most of the time when I’ve been to other Subway locations after 9 pm they only have a small selection of stuff if any at all cuz they have already started shutting everything down so I was very surprised to see they haven’t done anything as far as prep for closing. Not to mention the store itself was very clean and everything by the drank machine was fully stocked up to. I enjoyed my experience and will be coming to Subway in Atoka from now. The food is great, the establishment is clean, everything is stocked up, and the service is fast, efficient, and they have great employees working there.

My daughter loves Subway, so we order online and pick up here regularly. Never once have we had any problems with our orders. Tonight, we walked in and ordered our food and it was great! We were in and out in just a few minutes and the sandwich artists were very friendly.

I order here often because my food is correct and ready, and the employees are great. Tonight was different: something didn’t work correctly with the app so my order did not go through until after I arrived. That wasn’t a big issue, but the attitude I got from the blonde young man working was unnecessary. I gave him my name and his first comment was “I don’t have an order for that name followed by you must be at the wrong location.” And then he just walked away as I was trying to show him the order confirmation. I was not rude, and I do not appreciate rudeness from employees at any restaurant. I’m hoping that when I get home, that my kids orders are correct. I will say the young gentleman with dark hair was much more pleasant to deal with, as was the older employee who was able to get my order off their computer.

The worst service I had in this establishment so far… had to keep repeating my order and my sandwich’s did not get toasted as asked several times. Sandwiches were pushed to the end and sat there cause nobody was there to make them until a young lady came out the kitchen and did. There was only white bread and flat bread. Sandwiches were not made correctly again !!! after asking for toppings several times my sandwich was closed and give to the cashier. So if I would have yelled at someone then I would’ve been considered a “Karen” when in reality the workers had very BAD customer service to a customer that stayed calm and Also the cookies were hard as a brick. So the question is how are you all going to fix this story because the reviews are AWFUL!
