I truly enjoy coming here and have always recommended Audrey’s to friends and family. It’s one of my favorite spots. However, during my recent visits, I’ve unfortunately had a different experience.
On several occasions, I was served by a blonde employee named Ann, and the service felt noticeably unfriendly. As someone who works at a coffee shop myself, I understand how demanding the job can be, and I don’t typically leave reviews like this. That said, I’ve found her interactions to be quite abrupt when taking orders. I also witnessed a customer politely asking for an update on their order during a busy period, and the response they received felt short and discourteous.
Additionally, I once received a coffee made by her that did not reflect the flavors I had selected. I’ve also observed an espresso shot being pulled directly into a plastic cup filled with ice, which concerned me from a quality standpoint.
I really do love Audrey’s, which is why this feedback is disappointing to share. It’s tough when you’re hoping for a positive pick-me-up experience and are met with service that feels lackluster. I’m sharing this in hopes that it can help maintain the welcoming atmosphere that has always made Audrey’s such a great place.

Staying at the nearby Hampton Inn so we came over to the shops. We had to stop in and check Audrey’s out. I ordered a cappuccino and my bestie got a flavored ice tea. Both were prepared quickly and tasted great. The food looks delicious. Would definitely come back.

I went to Audrey’s last night for a private event. My first impression was that the location was so charming and welcoming.
The coffee shop itself is so cute when you walk in, and the ambiance was very cozy and intimate. It was the perfect location for the event.
The drinks were amazing, and Ashley and Jared were the most attentive, generous hosts.
Overall, I was very impressed by Audrey’s, and I hope I get to go back soon!

Amazing place I have to say. I felt like it was very inclusive. My emotions were considered.. How I felt was very important to the two young ladies working … One was taller than the other littler one. Both employees that helped me were very hard working and amazingly courteous. It was a breath of fresh Rhode Island air to finally find a place where all the employees were full of love … go find that driving down 1 or eating at Applebees you won’t find it. I left i didn’t cry even once. 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Audrey’s! The girls working today were great!! I came in to try the new holiday drinks! They were so helpful when I was trying to decide what to get! I had a great sandwich, I would definitely recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado you won’t be disappointed!

Drinks are always amazing. So cozy in here. But counter girls are terrible. Always so rude and so rarely ever have a smile or friendly. All young college girls and they are not nice then will look when you don’t tip. There’s one young girl who is super sweet but all of my friends have always said how the drinks are great but customer service sucks. Dunkin workers are nicer.

I had a coffee it tasted rancid. Got a new coffee with attitude from the customer service which tasted just as bad four dollars for a small hot coffee just to dump it in the driveway. My friend got avocado toast, and within a minute there was three fruit flies flying on it, i’ve come many times before and witnessed many fruit flies in the display case, but that was during the summer and on donuts, grossed out, but didn’t judge because things happen and it was summertime, but dead winter? Gross. Makes me think they don’t clean if there’s fruit flies in the winter not to mention backs of chairs all had spilled coffee on them they were dirty looking.

My husband and I first visited Audrey’s in April 2022. We were visiting Newport and wanted to stop in as we are both huge Bachelor Nation fans. Our first visit was great, especially since we met Jared on the way out! He was down to earth and personable.
Today we decided to stop in on our way home from another Newport trip. My husband got a cold brew and I got a snickerdoodle decaf latte with oat milk. Both were quite enjoyable!
Since we bought shirts last time, we opted to buy Grocery Store Joe pasta sauce this time around. We look forward to trying it!
The employees working this afternoon were friendly and energetic. The overall vibe in Audrey’s is welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. It’s definitely a great place for both locals and traveling Bachelor Nation fans!

I’m not gonna lie this place looks really aesthetically appealing. However, unfortunately the coffee I was served just did not taste as good as I thought it would for paying top dollar for a small cup of coffee. I really expected it to have some flavor however I struggle to find good flavor in the coffee and it just tasted like old cold brew despite me getting a flavor shot I could not taste any of the flavor. This is a really nice spot and I feel like it has potential. I am disappointed overall, I would only recommend if you were in the area I would not recommend going only for this café. Hope to see improvement in the future!

Jared was working in the back and came out to thank my wife and I for coming into the coffee house. My wife explained who Jared and his wife are as I do not watch the tv show or have an instagram . I was very impressed by the welcome.
We ordered coffee and food. My latte was delicious. My wife’s bagel was huge. Very reasonably priced drink and food. We had six in our party, and we were all pleased. Two members of our party got a second drink to go.
Jared and Ashley, we will definitely be back!! Cinnamon bun was the best I have ever had. Peppermint hot chocolate cocktail was awesome.
