My husband and I have been here many times since the opening, everytime has been excellent. Today was way different my food was hard as if it had been sitting and then microwaved. Service has always been over the top friendly but today only 1 young man I encountered was actually friendly. Hopefully today was just an off day and I won’t experience this again. The first few times set the bar high so I expected it this time as well.

Food was amazing and delicious and fresh but they get extremely rude if you ask for a sauce at the window but we were on the side without the menu so we couldn’t see what type of sauces they had until we got that far and the lady with the tablet didn’t have time to list all the sauces they had which is understandable with how long the line was.

Ordered online for drive thru; estimated 11 minutes to pick up. I waited 5 minutes, then drove to the restaurant, and waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes, gave my name, and was asked to pull forward to wait until my food was ready. The next seven vehicles in line behind me received their orders and left before I got mine, and when I opened the bag, my food was cold. My food was cold the last time I went through the drive thru as well. I could have bought steak at Walmart and grilled it at home for as much as I paid here, and had it faster.
What is the point of ordering ahead if it takes longer to get your food that way? How can the customer turnover be so high and the food still be cold?

Can’t rate the food because the lines were so long. The girl outside stopped taking orders at the car in front of me and just went and sat down. Very disappointed
