Ordered an espresso adding coconut milk less ice, but came out with full cup of ice. Kindly asked for a refill and explained the reason but got rejected because it’s handcrafted. However, there is sign says handcrafted drink included. I didn’t ask for the exactly same drink. Just a cup of cold coffee is okay, but still got rejected. Pretty sad service.

A solid 4 but this visit she missed part of my drink and seemed half asleep and she was alone at least up front. Last time my drink was perfect this time it wasn’t however no worries she gave me the missed item and I offered to add it myself. Very clean store and restroom. For the past three years that I have been a student here, I have been coming to this Starbucks. I love Yardbucks and truly appreciate the employees there! It’s consistently busy but they always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! They even know my name which is crazy. I know most of them are students, it’s impressive that they can handle a high-stress environment while also focusing on school. I truly appreciate everything that they do, they get me through my classes and have made these last three years wonderful. Thank you Yardbucks team.
Also, the Dunkin reviews are funny. The Dunkin down the street in the train station is atrocious, and way slower than this Starbucks. I definitely do not recommend.

I really do not mean to discredit how busy Starbucks can get especially on exam week but the service at this Starbucks is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had multiple bad encounters with the staff. I waited almost 30 minutes for my drink when there for 4 staff members and 3 guests. I understand there are online orders but when you’re talking with your peers and leaving drinks/food finished but not moved to the order place for 10 minutes its just rude to your customers. Honestly Dunkin is just a few more minutes down the road id recommend taking your business there.

I come here everyday and the service is always a 10/10. The workers work hard during the busiest moments, but I appreciate them doing their best to get every drink out in a timely manner. Keep up the good work, starbucks!

love this starbucks! i wish people were more patient with and understanding of the conditions these hard workers are put in – especially as the majority of customers are college students! for the pressure they (the workers) are put under, they deserve more credit for getting drinks/food items out as fast as they can. love them, and hope they finally start getting the recognition they deserve!

I used to go out of my way to come here every Sunday morning because the employees here were EXTRA kind and friendly! I would walk in and be greeted every time. The girl working ALWAYS remembered me and my order! Always chatting with a smile on her face. Now seems like a completely new group of workers..they don’t seem happy.

The workers there are genuinely the slowest people on earth. Do not come here unless you have 45 minutes to wait for a coffee, even when it’s slow. It’s ridiculous and take your business to the dunkin down the street. rude and slow workers.
