As soon as I walked in, the place was almost empty. Not surprised, as it was a week night, plus they’re not your typical fast food joint. The lobby is always clean, spacious with plenty of seating space (both low and high tables) and some really neat wall decor, as well as warm, cozy lighting.

We went in during the height of the lunch rush, but were still in and out in about a half hour. The workers were all friendly, and the food was good.

My husband and both ordered the potatoe option. Both were cold and the potatoes were not fresh or fluffy. One had cheese on the top that I peeled off. We have never had bad food there before but this time it was. We did not complain because we were afraid it would not be better. Our total bill was $45.68. In the future when in Jacksonville, we will eat somewhere else. That was an expensive meal to not be fit to eat.

The food here is always great. I always pick the 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich deal. I know people love the tea as well. I don’t drink tea so I can’t comment.

Went because of “word of mouth”. Great place. NOT worth the price. I ordered extra bacon and on a spud. I got the extra cheese. The bacon may have been the regular amount. I’m just not going back

While in Jacksonville visiting my daughter, I ate here twice. I did not have to wait either time. The second time was right at lunch, and although there were people in line, it moved quickly. The service was friendly and the food was great. I will definitely eat here again next time I visit.

The food always tastes good, and the staff are very helpful, but the serving sizes seem to be getting smaller.

Yummy and very friendly staff. I know they are crazy busy while brand new but there were some hiccup’s with our order. I am sure it will get better with time and super excited to have them in little ol Jacksonville.

I ate there 11 12 22, The place was swamped with dirty table’s because of short staff. The Manager did a excellent job keeping everyone happy and the food was delicious and he deserves praise he doesn’t own the place but worked his fanny off. City Councilman Erich Cochran…President Merchant Association John Sell. Iowa.

They need someone to fix the drinks, someone to take food to tables. One or two people is not enough during busy hours
