Friendly, well located, and tasty food. Open during the winter months and offering good food. They have a variety of options, offering seafood and beef options. Their location has a good water view that provides a pleasant view from outdoor seating in warmer months. Love their local beer options on tap.

Curdy Chicken
We got breakfast here on our way back to Raleigh, NC. The food was so good, the prices were reasonable, and the service is really good! I love that their is a bit of Mexican style mixed into the breakfast menu. If we ever visit the Outer Banks again we will DEFINITELY come back here. I almost forgot to mention but the view out of the window is absolutely gorgeous. We also got a shirt!

We absolutely loved this place- the service was excellent, and the restaurant offers a calm, relaxed vibe with beautiful water views. As for the food, the Oysters Rockefeller were hands down the best I’ve ever had and instantly became a favorite. The crab cake sandwich is another must-try; it was truly delicious. The clams, however, were just average and a bit basic compared to the rest of the dishes. Overall, aside from the clams, everything we tried was fantastic. I definitely recommend this spot for a quick brunch or lunch.

The Fried Chicken!!! Omgoodness!!! Now I gotta tell you I am a seafood lover so when I come down to Hatteras, I usually get seafood every meal, but I saw how people raved about the fried chicken and my husband and I just had to go! It was absolutely delicious as was the coleslaw and mashed potatoes! The service equally wonderful!!! Seriously if you love fried chicken, definitely go ahead and grab ya some!

When we went it was midday, it was not very busy and the food came out pretty quickly, service was pretty good, food was really great! I got a bacon cheeseburger, my other family members got a fish taco meal, crab cake sandwhich and another cheeseburger, I do wish the restraunt provided free WiFi, bathrooms were fairly cleaned, great view of the sound.

We were passing through the area and decided this was would be a good spot for breakfast- boy was I not dissapointed. Our group ended up ordering French Toast, Huevos Rancheros, Frisco Morning Flyer, and TWO orders of the Mexican Sopes because they were so good!
Everything was overall fantastic, but I want to especially commend the breakfast potatoes in the Morning Flyer. The flavor made these especially stand out to me, and these potatoes are probably the best that I’ve ever had. Props to you guys!
Additionally, I’m not usually the biggest fan of eating sweet things during breakfast, but when I had a taste of the French Toast, I was completely blown away. The combination of the beautifully cooked moist and golden-brown toast, with the sweet fruits and tart nuts made this dish to die for!
The food ended up being so good that I ended up getting a shirt to remember this place! The portions are excellent, the prices are reasonable, and our waitress was super sweet and attentive. I’m really bummed that I’m not a local, because I’d definitely be here a lot. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and I must mention that the morning view from the back-window into the sound is absolutely gorgeous.

We had an awesome breakfast here. The Cowboy omelet is not your average western omelet. The ample amount of fajita steak makes it unique. My wife had the Western Succotash Veggie omelet & added a side of bacon. The ingredient combo was awesome & had just the right amount of heat. We didn’t leave hungry, that’s for sure.

Definitely try it! First of all the view of the bay is lovely.
The food was fabulous. Appetizer was blue fish dip with naan. The blue fish was so good. Naan had to be from scratch. Crispy outside, tender inside.
I had the shrimp poboy. Large, and very fresh shrimp. Light batter.
Hubby had the Captain’s platter. The scallops were the best we’ve tasted in a very long time. Really all the seafood was very fresh. Not sure how they mix the batter, but it’s light and tasty and leaves you able to enjoy the seafood without overwhelming. Compliments, Chef!
Carlos was our wait staff and he was friendly and very helpful with our choosing.
