One of the best Colombian food trucks around. The service is honestly the best, the manager is super involved and you can tell he really cares about his buisness and his food. They also have the chuzo desgranado which it’s hard to find the real authentic one but they have the best one around.

So the main issue I had with this place has to be the poor customer service. We had ordered from Uber Eats and waited over an hour for our food. We order from the truck next to them all the time and we always get our food on time.
This time we decided to give this one a try. We ordered a Salchipapa with everything on the side, just the hotdogs and fries, and an Arepa RELLENA with carne. When we eventually got our food the Salchipapa had cheese all over it and the Arepa Rellena was just an Arepa topped with some meat. It honestly didn’t look good at all.
We called the truck with the hopes of getting our food fixed. We have had issues before with the trucks messing up our order but they always fix it, I even drive to them so they don’t have to send another driver. This time the guy at the phone just blamed us, telling us that we didn’t know Colombian food. –Seriously this is ridiculous, I have lived in Miami since I was 11, I know Colombian late night food. It is the best thing for a late night snack on your way back to Kendall. I have been to Los Perros, Los Verdes, and multiple food trucks all over Miami. I am a Maisitos and Salchipapa kind of guy. Don’t you tell me I don’t know Colombian food! — So like I was saying the guy on the phone insisted that we were at fault. At this point he went right ahead and told us that that food was ours and that he couldn’t help us. If we wanted we could contact Uber, he didn’t care.
As you can imagine we ended up hanging up on the guy. We have also contacted Uber since he would not help us.
Even after all of this, I gave good a chance. Well I didn’t touch the Salchipapa since it looked like some one had vomited. But I gave the few cubes of steak a try. I was not surprised when it was hard and dried. Didn’t try the Arepa since it was a soggy mess. It just looked so sad.
Seriously I am not a guy to complain but this guys service was beyond bad, and the food wasn’t any better. The excuse that it was delivered doesn’t fly. I order from the food trucks around there all the time and at their worse the fries were a bit soggy.
One last thing I want to point out is that we ended up ordering from here because it had 5 stars at 8 reviews. We thought we would give it a try even though it is always empty. So right before I wrote this I noticed that most “reviewers” have reviewed one to three places before. I am just saying it is fishy….
I won’t be buying food from here again. Something tells me that they will be another food truck that rolls away.

This place was definitely better than I had expected. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with some salchipapas. The salchipapas were my favorite out of the two. The chicken in the quesadilla had a really good taste as well. Overall the food was pretty fire, the only complaint I have is that the food took a little longer than I had hoped but maybe it’s because I was extremely hungry. Or rather… hangry but at the end of the day they gave us free water. I would recommend this place. 9.5/10 (they don’t play music)… but still a vibe

Hands down the best Colombian food in town! I’ve tried it all from the desgranados, salchipapas, tacos, their burgers are delicious. Amazing sauces, good quality, always fresh, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service, most of the complains here are related to Uber Eats deliveries and i would agree that if you are Colombian or had at least tried colombian fast food, is never a good idea to order for delivery. Colombian fast food is supposed to be enjoyed right out the grill. I can say, this is the best “chuzo desgranados” in Kendall, the one called extreme that has corn and everything on it is to die for. Owners are pretty Good people as well! Give it a try, you wont regret, and if you live cloae by, go there or pick it up yourself, don’t use delivery services for it. A hot dog or salchipapas after 45 minutes is going to taste pretty bad, even if you get it in Barranquilla!

How fresh can food be when it is served so fast?!! Clearly the people who gave it good reviews have low standards in terms of quality food.
Kinda pricey for food truck meals in my opinion. The bill came to $40 and that’s without any drinks!

The food is good but not amazing.
The staff is unfriendly and doesn’t speak English. The atmosphere kind of sucks.
They have the audacity to ask for a tip, but don’t even deliver food to your table. A tip for what?
Also pretty expensive. Forty bucks for two of us, and we didn’t even get drinks.
