I always come to this dunkin, and every single time when I order online they always forget something or somethings out of stock. This time I had a big order which granted could be prone to mess ups and they forgot one of my bagels. I asked for another one and they gave it to me except it was rock solid and did not have any cream cheese in it when I clearly payed extra. When I got cream cheese there was barley any on it. Was dissapointed. Only giving 2 stars for the best worker there Leticia, shes very nice and gets my orders right and perfect. I was so disspointed in my bagel I couldnt even chew it. And its hard to communicate with that especially when my orders wrong most of the time please get better at your services!! I have a picture if the dunkin team wants to see.

I’ve been really disappointed with this location lately. Yesterday, I ordered and paid for a medium coffee but received a small. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t seem to care much. This kind of mistake happens almost every time I visit. On Saturday morning, I ordered a hot coffee but got an iced coffee instead. I also always ask for almond milk, but most of the time they give me regular milk, which is very frustrating. I’m not the type of person who complains or asks them to remake my coffee if it’s not exactly what I ordered, but since these mistakes keep happening so often, I felt I should write a review. I really like this franchise overall, but this location needs to pay more attention to customers’ orders.

A worker named Leticia made the best Dunkin coolatta I’ve ever had in my entire life. I asked her to make me her favorite drink and she made me something I’ve never seen before. 20/10 would recommend, best Dunkin employee ever. Super sweet, super nice, and very good at her job.

Bathrooms, I just used the restroom about an hour ago.
The men’s room had an out of order sign.
Now the lady’s room does. Should also note the barroom was not clean.
Continently out of order when they don’t want to clean it.

Lady was sweeping while we were eating…such a rude thing to do kicking up dust next to our table. It seems the current staff have changed, lack of customer respect has occurred.

I was the only person in the shop at 3:45 pm. Waited 5 minutes for one of the two workers to stop filling call ahead orders long enough to make a medium hot coffee. First worker took the order. handed back my change without one word spoken. Second worker made the coffee. shouted out “medium hot” and walked away. As the only customer here I found their lack of courtesy troubling. Disappointing as this is Dunkins “new” store concept.
