We got 2 shakes and a kids meal. The fries were warm to touch not hot as long as it took her to make the food. The shakes were great minus the rudeness from George. Lulu was very kind and respectful. We had our shakes two different ways because the old way was with a cherry and the new way makes with a sprinkle of oreo on top. George didn’t want them to be on and said he’d charge extra for the oreo on top. Like Sir I want it to look like the dang picture. People need to understand stuff needs to look exactly like the picture or else it is false advertisement! Nowhere did it say there was an extra charge.

It really sucks when stop on your way out of town for a trip, order a bacon cheeseburger, pay extra for that bacon on that cheeseburger, and then find out you have been given a cheeseburger with no bacon 10 minutes down the road. It’s the first word in the item. Bacon.

I just came from here this evening, I had ordered a double jack with cheese… I get home and proceed to eat my burger, I get halfway finished like to the middle and I’m enjoying it up until I felt a hollow crunch as I chewed followed by a pungent taste… Basically there was a BUG in my burgerrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I was really pleased with my experience at this Jack in the Box. I placed an online order around 3am, and it was ready right when I arrived. The food was fresh and made exactly as ordered. It also looked like there was only one worker handling everything at the time, and he still got it done perfectly—quick, accurate, and with great effort. I really appreciate the hard work and will definitely be back!

You shouldn’t need a code to use the restroom it’s a fast food restaurant why lock them ? It’s very odd for a restaurant to do so and I don’t appreciate having to get someone’s attention to use the restroom when they don’t even take the orders. Won’t be back

Arrived at the location on foot at 7 am. The lobby was closed. It is posted to open at 6 am. Young lady came to door, and told me I have go through drive thru. I walked there. I just wanted to relax eat my breakfast. Now I have to walk to another restaurant to have breakfast. So if you are looking to go have breakfast in the lobby at Jack in the Box. Your out of luck. From now on I will be enjoying my breakfast in McDonald’s.
