Nice atmosphere here. Nice, comfortable seating. It took quite some time to get my burger and it was quite small. It was the Salmon burger. If you like salmon burgers, Nations version is bigger and way better. This place has the awesome soda machine that you can make many flavors of soda. The people were nice.

There is no one in the here, but a couple already eating. They still had an employee tell us just a minute. 5 min pass…. Then, the girl that was already there had to go get another person to take the order. The burger my husband had was ok. Nothing special, but it’s definitely better than what I had. I ordered sliders, 2 beef & 1 lamb. The meat tasted old, and some was not even chewable. These are little burgers, not hockey pucks, right? Over salted like alot. I couldn’t tell if it was the special sauce or the meat. I could actually feel the salt granules as I ate it. Onion rings were ok. They became My dinner since I only ate 1 and picked apart the other 2. Would I go back. Probably not.

We walked in and the place was deserted. There was zero atmosphere. Without any ambient music, we could hear the squeak of the wipe-down towel on the steel counters.
The burger was fine but ultimately just average. The onion rings were straight from under the heat lamp! I guess they need to keep some ready made for their cowboy burger, but rather than make some fresh for our order, they just dumped the old ones under the heat lamp into a tray and served it.
Everything is expensive right now, and this was not the random treat-yourself I was looking forward to. More than that, I want my cheat-day calories back. This was not worth it.

Stopped in with my girlfriend for a quick burger and fries. I had been waiting since the sign first went up to try it out a today was finally the day. The menu items are a little strange but the employees were more than helpful with assisting us in ordering. We only waited 5-10 mins for our food and when was ready they brought it out us. The burgers were great and it was quite cheesy!! The fries were a little strange as there in the shape of chips. In my opinion they could have been fried longer but I still thought they were good. The only thing I thought was a little weird was the amount of employees there. There was probably 4-6 employees in the front with only 1 register open and 1 person assisting customers. All in all I think it’s a great place for a quick bite to eat. I look forward to eating there again.

The food being good is the most important part. The burgers taste fresh and the meat taste of quality. All fresh onion, lettuce, and tomatoes every time! The mini burgers took me by surprise on how filling they are. The fries are nice reminding me of home sliced style potato chips. The milkshakes are delicious, and the chicken wings are flavorfully juicy .
The restaurant is new with small kinks …. and that’s okay- because good food take time to make.

Every location of Burger IM that we’ve ever gone to has been filled with polite employees. The orders are always ready on time, food is prepared exactly as you ordered it, and it’s a great value for a meal other than drive-thru. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and their consistent in their quality.

I was looking forward to trying this place. Boy what a let down. I had the Big Angus Burger It was so well done and dry. The chocolate shake was tasty and the onion rings were, onion rings(its hard to screw those up). The pictures of other customers food looked juicy and not well done.

Did a large online order first thing of them opening. They had almost everything packed up when I arrived. Very efficient. Everything was tasty. Liked that you could mix & match the proteins. Would come again. This was also a good find since My mom loves sliders. Made her Birthday lunch nice for her.
