Great view.
Great bartenders.
Their beer selection is good.
I do not recommend the margarita. It was probably one of the worst I’ve had. They put some strange ingredients in it (like sprite) that are totally unnecessary.
My friend got some tacos and while I didn’t eat them, they smelled amazing.
I love this place. Really great spot on a summer afternoon.

The weekend bartenders are cruising the service! It’s such a great environment, took my family there and everyone enjoyed it. Will definitely bring everyone up to experience the sky bar! Our bartender Brock was so friendly and accommodating to our entire group!

The upgraded space is incredible! The yurt was fun but now a permanent building is awesome. Love Beech Mountain Brewing!

Update 1/28/26, Went skiing yesterday to discover it was closed, heard someone mention a pipe burst?

A fun bar with a great view! The beers on tap were all really good, I favored the porter and my friend liked the brown ale. The only downside was the men’s room was out of order so everyone was using the same bathroom.

This review specifically is about the sunset dinner event I attended. It’s the first year Beech has offered a sunset “fine dining” experience. They have some kinks to work out but I still 100% recommend.

Everything from reservations to food offerings was well planned and seamless. The cost of dinner includes the chairlift ride up and a shuttle back down. Alcohol is additional.

During reservations, we could choose between rack of lamb, rabbit or trout for our evening but it changes depending on availability. The rack was delicious, served with mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans.

We were greeted with an assortment of heavy appetizers. First course was watermelon salad served with olive oil, fresh mint and feta. We chose tiramisu as dessert.

The bar is fully stocked. Service was good after the general crowd was sent back down.

Nothing compares to the panoramic views of the majestic Blue Ridge mountains. It’s worth the travel and price to see it while dining.

Advice: go up early to watch mountain bikers and listen to live music IF you like it crowded and loud. If you prefer a more serene experience, arrive just before they close the chair lifts.

Really cool bar with amazing views. We had the nicest bartender when we were there he shared his chips with our hungry kids but I don’t remember his name. I will definitely go back here again despite the winding shuttle ride up. (You could walk up the slope but the members of our party who did do not recommend)

My wife and I are locals and have visited occasionally, but the new building and addition of excellent Mexican food have made this a must-visit every weekend. Hoping they keep it going through the winter season. Great spot with beautiful mountain views.

Great view, music, drinks…. Afternoon jam. (2:30-5:30pm) Purchased $17 lift tickets to get to top. A perfect mountain top gathering to kick off July. Wish we got there earlier so we could have gotten a table. No parking at top.
