Our experience & opinion…We were traveling through the area and Upside app indicated there was a $10 off at this location. We arrived 10 minutes after 11am to find the door still locked. The friendly employee opened the door and continued to take our order. We ordered 2 footlong sub sandwiches (steak and cheese and chicken and bacon) along with a 6pc order of garlic parm boneless chicken wings. We were told 35 minutes but returned in 25 to find the order sitting ready. There was MORE BREAD THAN STEAK in my husband’s sub and mine was SO SALTY and even though there was bacon bits…there was NO BACON FLAVOR! I only ate half the sandwich. The “boneless wings” aka various size CHICKEN NUGGEST were DROWNED in an ITALIAN PARMESAN SALAD DRESSING NOT the garlic parmesan that we expected. Service was acceptable but the food quality was not.

I was the first order for the day. I get there at 11:30 as I had on my pick up and she says messed us my order and remaking it. I finally get my order at 11:45 take it home and it is wrong! It was supposed to be pepperoni, Italian sausage and anchovies. See the pick. So they got it wrong both times! Been on hold for 8 minutes now! No one is picking up.

I ordered a 10 piece wing and only got 7 wings… if I am going to pay 60 dollars for a medium pizza and 10 wings i expect everything to be there. Unfortunately some hungry little guy decided to take three to enjoy for himself. Also keep in mind there is no 7 wing option.

I picked up a pizza here about 11:00 at night we were hungry at our hotel room so I went out and grabbed it it was the only place open in Vidalia The guy that counter was very helpful and I got to say the pizza wasn’t half bad but it wasn’t half good either so if you’re a real pizza fan don’t eat here but if you’re hungry you need a lightning pizza it’s a great place to stop

I purchased wings and a pizza last night. This was at the Vidalia, GA 30445. When I got home I noticed that the wings were burnt and the middle of the pizza was not cooked all the way. Still had wet dough. The wings were dried out due to being cooked so long. I drove 16 miles one way to only be disappointed when i returned home . Tried calling them but get no answer. I will send picture of wings. Have had positive experiences here too but this has turned me away. No response on any social media platforms. Sent messages same day as purchase. 12/29/22 order confirmation number is #210.

Service was excellent.
We have not been to a Marco since we left Augusta Georgia. To me and my husband this is some of the best pizza we have had in a very long time.
The service was good and very prompt. It was clean including the restroom and the staff was very professional.
We were not sure if the service and the food would be good because of all the bad reviews but you all must have made some changes cuz today everything was great.
