Our favorite place! We always drive from San Jose just to eat here, and it’s absolutely worth it every time. My kids love it so much and always ask to come back.
The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the chicken wings are crispy and delicious. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always friendly.

Came here on a whim because I was in the mood for a burger, and all of the halal burger places I’ve been to have been quite good. This was also quite good.
I ordered the patty melt with garlic fries. Fries were crispy, some a bit oil soaked–I liked this personally, and nice and garlicky. The melt brought me back to NYC halal cart platters, the combination of the grilled onions and sauce made it taste weirdly similar to chicken over rice with white sauce, which I really liked.
Berry hibiscus tea was good, not too sweet, raspberry in flavor.

Heard about Sals burgers from social media and had to check it out especially as it is Muslim family owned business.
Walking up to the restaurant you’re greeted with ample outdoor seating. The inside is also a cozy clean vibe. The service was fantastic as the employee was more than happy to answer any questions about the menu items. They have plenty of sides as well as milkshake options.
I ordered the classic burger with a side of garlic fries. The burger itself was very thick and made with fresh ingredients. It definitely tasted like a meatier burger and I do wish it had more juice/sauces on it. They did provide sauces on the side at the table however! The garlic fries were definitely worth getting.
Pricing definitely felt slightly on the higher side but may be in line with Bay Area pricing.
Overall, highly recommend visiting and supporting this locally owned business. They offer high quality food with great service.

Finally went to Sal’s after hearing so much about it and watching so many videos and it is safe to say that this place does not disappoint. The staff was amazing and the food was so delicious that we told him we will be back very soon. They give generous portions and everything is very clean and inviting. We ordered SF Patty melt, all American Burger, buffalo chicken fries and loaded beef/stake fries, Philly cheesesteak as well as chicken tenders. Everything was on point and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be coming back

REALLY good burger spot!! The burgers and fries are solid for its price point and it was quite literally the perfect bite. It’s in the shopping center but a bit hidden since it’s in a corner spot. Not that many seats but plenty when I went on Saturday afternoon. They have burgers, shakes, floats, cookies, halal options. We ordered the cowboy burger and subbed regular fries for loaded steak fries. The burger was ready in 10 minutes. The toppings were generous and though the patty was not the biggest, the burger worked really well altogether, any bigger and it would have been too big. The onion rings were really good in the burger. The loaded fries had a generous amount of steak, onions, peppers but wish it had more fries, but it was really good!!! I would come here again to try the other burgers and chicken sandwiches.

Stopped to charge the car and got hungry! The best burgers flavor is amazing sauce has a slight Chipotle taste and is great. ordered chicken tenders for the kids and regretting not getting my own. Chicken was hand breaded and amazing. Fries could use some extra salt but really I had to find a complaint or it wouldn’t be believable review. I will be back again!!!

Nestled in an unassuming corner of a strip mall is the site of one of the best halal burgers in the Bay Area, though you don’t have to be Muslim to enjoy them 😉

I’ve tried several burgers & sandwiches and loved them all. The Sal’s Classic and Cowboy stuck out to me in particular. My friends generally enjoy their orders too, including the sides and drinks. 5 stars all around. Great food, service and clean/cute restaurant 🙂 they have outdoor seating so our dog was able to join us.
We got two SF Patty Melts, one with fries and one with a salad and an Oreo milkshake. Everything was yummy and fairly priced.
We’re not local but can’t wait to stop here next time we’re in the area. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

We tried it for the first time and we really liked the food, it was nice and properly seasoned. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and SF patty melt in sourdough bread and it was also tasty.

It was my first time trying this place. I got a classic burger with fries. Both of them were great sizable, simple and not too much sauces on it. It was like homemade, healthy, big burger. If someone likes saucy food, it will be less than expected. So probably they should include more sauce in a burger. Lastly, I will come again for sure.
