Pizza is usually pretty good but lately the estimated time has been so off!! We get there on time and still have to wait 15-20 minutes for your food. Our last visit, our pizza bites were missing the cheesy middle!!

I ordered on the app. I wanted half pepperoni and half cheese screwed up my order and put pepperoni on the whole pizza. They screwed up my order. It’s not that hard to read the recipe and follow the directions.

MAJOR Update March 2024: since the guy in charge left its just gone down hill!! Its NOT hot and Ready FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The only thing hot and ready was me being hot and ready to leave this review!!
Everything used to be ready to go as soon as you walked in. I literally waited 20+ MINS for on regular classic pizza. I never had to wait when the old manager was there. Now i have to find a new location.
Don’t advertise hot and ready when you have to wait!
Best Little Caesars in town. Highly recommend. Very friendly service, everything is ready to go just like how it’s supposed to be.
Update: still the Best place in town! SUPER CLEAN!! Always Ready!

I was told 10 mins waited 30 mins and then told another 10 mins. The whole point was to be quick and ready if it wasn’t gonna be the 10 mins you could’ve just told me and I would’ve went elsewhere. The lack of communication to the customers was crazy also many people’s orders were wrong and the pick up orders that were scheduled were not on schedule and they were running 30-45 mind behind. 5pm on a Friday they should already have pizzas ready to go.

Been standing here waiting on my order and there are pizzas just sitting out on a counter and not in the warmer for going on 10 minutes now, meanwhile the warmer has pizzas in it and has been hanging open for almost 20 minutes. These are all my pizzas getting cold while I stand here waiting.
