Didn’t get a chance to eat here because I was needing a restroom before I was going to order. I was directed to the convenience store just next to them instead & just decided to get something at that store instead. From what I saw though, this store has been frozen in time. There was no seating inside. Only 2 picnic tables outside. But we were going to eat in our vehicle anyways so that didn’t bother us. Plenty of parking space even with a dually long-bed truck. Probably won’t go back here since it’s easier to get to other ones with more amenities should we need them. But obviously this has nothing to do with the service since we didn’t end up buying anything here after all.

The young men working the night shift were ANGELS my roommate and I showed up 10 minutes before close for our 85 cent blizzards and they were true sports about it! They made MARVELOUS blizzards (oily pretzels)! They need a raise truly bless them will be going back!

8/23 at 250 pm came in with my son and his friends . The ice cream was really watery and the blizzard could barely be tipped . When I told the staff they did not seem to care . That’s poor customer service and definitely a bad product delivery. I would try the other 3 locations if you want cold ice cream and attentive service.

We come here all the time for dairy queen but tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They messed up our order so badly. We ordered a frozen hot chocolate with caramel and a Choco brownie extreme blizzard which both have chocolate in it. The frozen hot chocolate didn’t even have chocolate in it. It was just ice, caramel and milk. The chocolate brownie extreme was just vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate pieces. The other workers didn’t bother helping the line that formed either.

My family goes to this location frequently. And tonight was just a disappointment. Waited over 20min for the order. We saw the three (likely high-schoolers) dancing around through the window too busy to work on orders I guess. When my mom got her banana split it was over half melted. Waiting isn’t an issue when the food is up to par, it can get busy here and we get that but today felt like a joke. Do better.

Really bad service took 1 hr and 20 min to get 2 blizzards and a pup cup. Was watching through the window the makers where just slow. Had to tell the people that the one that ordered in front of me left because they were just way to slow. Also look like the two guys like they were making out

In the past we’ve ordered the fish sandwich over the phone as you cannot get it on the app. Today we tried to order it again but they refused the order. Saying the only way to get it was through the drive up or over the counter. Not as convenient and we are just getting over covid. We tried to explain but the young lady just slammed the drive up window. When we got home we realized they forgot the two orders of fries. Meaning another trip, buy the time we got the fries home the other food was cold. The reason given was if they did it for one they would have to do it for everyone. Wow fun fact: Customer Service.

ive told multiple people that the ADA REQUIRED push button was not working and they never fixed it all summer and not to mention the lobby is SUPER small for someone who uses a wheelchair. and while i was there one of the park benches for waiting had a broken bolt allowing the bench to tilt backwards.
