This has been the worst experience in food that I have ever had at Dairy Queen. Got 3 fish sandwich meals, it had the worst tasting very old onion and lettuce on it. The buns and pickles were old and hard. It took a while for me to get that nasty old onion taste out of my mouth from just 1 bite. Needless to say none of us liked our food and ended up tossing it. Money down the drain. This Dairy Queen needs the old manager and crew back, because they would NEVER give a customer something that terrible! Do better! Fresh ingredients; it can make or break an establishment. Dairy Queen franchise you should really get a different person to run this place. Or bring back the Superman ♀️ guy!

Normally a fine experience, but today I received 2 melted blizzards, a sticky DEBIT CARD with ice cream on it, and a sticky napkin. Both blizzards melted all over my car on a less than 1 mile drive.
After 5 minutes of cleaning my car, and dumping a good chunk of my melted blizzards out, I finally took a bite and my chocolate Oreo blizzard is barely even chocolate ice cream. Very upset with this experience.

Food is questionable most times fries and chicken stripes taste like been cooked in old dirty oil. The mangers can barely be understood through accents on top of being a lil rude and are extremely rude to staff. This store has always been worst dairy queen in the greater Wichita area for years and just simply needs to be shut down.

This used to be my favorite place to take my kids, now it’s just an awful experience every time we go. The dine in experience has dropped so low since this location reopened. It’s always sticky, the workers ignore you and let you stand there for 5 minutes before addressing you, the food takes a long time even if there’s no one else inside or at the drive thru. I’d recommend just never going inside

A fan of the traditional DQ Chicken Strip Basket, I recently ordered the new Parmesan Garlic Tossed & Sauced Chicken Strip Basket. I see where DQ is going here with the wing joint flavors, and a nicely breaded and perfectly fried chicken strip tossed in a robust sauce is a good thought, but they miss the mark here on execution. While the fry on the chicken was spot on, the Parmesan Garlic Sauce was overkill. The sauce was NOT a compliment, it was a drowning, a drenching, and a salt bomb. Sure, the Parmesan and garlic notes were there, but those flavors were quickly overpowered by the salt. There was so much sauce, that it killed the crispy on the breading. A proper toss ensures good coverage on the chicken, but you don’t let the chicken soak in it.

Under new management and food is terrible. I got a chili cheese dog and the chili looks weeks old. My friend got chicken strips and they were not strips, but little pieces of chicken. Not tasty she said.

Met some friends for lunch today at 11:15. Took at least 5 min before someone came out and said it was going to be to be 15 to 20 min. Because they just got there at 11. The floor was greasy I was sliding around just walking. All the chairs were still up. Since new owners quality as went way down. We left went to one on Central it was great! I will not be going back to one on Webb anymore.

I know businesses get busy at lunch, and normally they are prepared for it. Not Dairy Queen, at least the one on Webb Rd. Took 14min to receive three items, and they weren’t even busy! I overheard another customer complaining about the same thing as they brought him his ice cream, because the food wasn’t ready. Ha Ha, what’s he going to do, eat his dessert first? Come on Dairy Queen, you’ve been around forever. You need to do better. For some reason there seemed to be a lot of flies in there too. Maybe Dairy Queen shouldn’t sell food. Stick to the ice cream because your cheeseburgers are horrible.

Don’t go here lol the new owner is horrible and is more concerned with people driving off in the drive through because they’re missing part of their order then making sure their customers have hot food being served to them. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through because of this and staff didn’t even acknowledge me and then gave me my order when it was ice cold and the fries were stale. So not recommend. I miss the old owners!
