I’ve been coming to this location consistently for the past couple years, as it is on my way home.
I don’t know who the manager is, but having been in restaurant management briefly, them and their team deserve the best. I usually stop by here in the late evenings after work in Charleston, and every single time, without fail, they are kind and always serve with a positive attitude, and the food is fantastic — consistently. Always taste fresh (for fast food, ya know?), never smushed down like they’re taking out their hatred on my quesadilla.
This is THE BEST location in the valley and I stand by that 1000%. I’m not sure how they train their staff but it is absolutely working. Best food, Best service, Best staff. 10/10, no notes. You have never let me down lol.
Also– don’t let these whiny, negative-Nancys deter you. Its a $3 taco, not a $75 beef wellington.

Don’t ask to add sour cream they give 2 dimes worth . When I confronted them they said that’s all the company allows 2 pumps. Well that would be fine if it was 2 full pumps. Instead of 2 little dabs that was the size of a dime. Dunbar wv Taco Bell

Crispy chicken on my taco was extremely hard and burnt. I returned it and requested a refund. The team memeber didn’t want to hear or acknowledge my complaint. I was rudely interrupted when trying to do so. I was giving a refund with my window being closed in my face as if I was the one that messed their orders up. The service is good until you have a complaint, then you’re the problem

This chain is one of the worse besides mcdonalds when it comes to food and order accuracy they couldn’t get it right if they were paid…. oh wait they are paid to do it. Ridiculous and if you are a vegetarian or have picky eaters don’t go here because as soon as u say to leave something off it’s right on there if not with extra. They gave me scraps for my kids cinnamon twist after I specifically asked if they had fresh ones made and the response was yes.. and for someone who doesn’t eat beef I was charged $2.10 to switch the beef in my tacos out for 4 pieces of grilled chicken in my 3 tacos. Chicken is a cheaper meat than beef typically so don’t understand that.

My food look like slop. They didn’t give me no hot sauce. I pre-ordered and then had to sit there and wait I paid extra for steak and they didn’t even give it to me there’s no tomatoes on my stuff none of the stuff is on here that is supposed to be. I did post two pictures one what it was supposed to be and what I got. Very unhappy after working all day. I paid for extra steak and didn’t even get it

I have a complicated relationship with TB. I like the food, but they have a 50% success rate in providing what was ordered and paid for. The hunt is on again for a location with a competent manager & staff. Thanks for the reminder that it’s fast food, so we should be grateful that we get anything at all. Do better TB.

Mattiese, Cody Jeff and Joe we GREAT! They let us in the store just before closing and allowed us to eat in there even though they had cleaned everything. Our food was perfect. Made exactly how we ordered. I would take this over any of the other restaurants. I’ve eaten in town since visiting here. Thank you guys for the great job.
