Do better KFC!!
I ordered two different chicken tender meals. Both chicken tender meals had tiny chicken tenders in them and there’s no crunchy coating on them. I look forward to the crispy, crunchy coating on my chicken. I was beyond disappointed. KFC is supposed to be known for their 11 herbs & spices, it would be nice if I could taste any of them. I have a photo of my disappointing dinner if you would like to see it. I also ordered a sweet tea and I got some raspberry crap instead. I used to live KFC, I will not be returning. I will also letting everyone know that KFC has gone down hill.

My husband and I both had the moist chicken tenders with BBQ dipping sauce and Mt. Dew no ice. Anna at the Auburn KFC is the nicest customer service person working the driver thru. Thank you, Anna for your wonderful personality while working the drive thru.

Just tried KFC in Auburn for the first time. Did a on line order an picked it up. It was ready fast and I used the drive up window. Good old KFC.

I understand I went through the drive thru about 25 minutes before they closed, but when ordering 2 4 piece with biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy, but one of the 4 piece had 4 pieces of chicken were smaller than the biscuits.

I just want to thank Anna & her crew for all of their hard work. I went inside during the dinner rush, and even though it took some time for me to get my food, I could tell that the entire team was doing their best to help everyone as efficiently as they could. Purchased a Big chicken sandwich and a 3 piece chicken strip meal, Drove up to the park and found my sandwich was on a Burnt bun and my son’s chicken strips more like chicken jerky.
Drove back to KFC and waited in the drive through again…. Talked to the manager, they stated the OWNER will not repair or replace the bun toaster?!?
My order was replaced, chicken items only and we will never give this location another chance.

Simply the worst food purchased ever from out of all the KFCs I’ve visited in Southern and Northern California and Nevada. Such a waste of money! I had the 3-piece original fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and a ice tea/lemonade. The chicken thigh and leg was so greasy that from one bite, excessive grease POURED out, and the chicken breast was so dry and tasteless, so I threw away all of it, even the biscuit which was so Dry, I almost choked on a piece!! No wonder I’ve never seen cars in line. Would Never Recommend this place, Nor Return!
