As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We just ordered this thru Uber Eats and I’m a checkers fanatic normally. This food was so greasy, it flung oil across the table at me onto a brand new hoodie i just bought when my boyfriend opened his wrapper. …. It was old food, sloppily haphazardly assembled, and none of the directions we said to exclude things from our sandwiches were honored. It was so sloppy and greasy it was falling apart in my hands. I had to use the wrapper of the sandwich which was also pretty oily to stabilize it enough to eat it. This would’ve been embarrassing to do if I hadn’t been eating it right here at home and had been eating it in public. The fries were old and also appallingly greasy. The amount of lettuce and style in which it was placed was so careless and mindless… the whole experience just ruined my appetite. I left the second sandwich sitting in the bag and was genuinely angry. I wish I had taken my sweatshirt off before I sat down to eat. Give people more napkins to go with this TRASH you serve people. That just ruined checkers for me for a while…. Edit: The garlic Parmesan loaded fries were so salty, they were almost inedible. We ate some and then tossed the box aside. I am so disappointed.

Oh the burger was gross, the cherry coke not mixed right, and the fries too crunchy. The apple empanada was ok. May have gotten food poisoning but the service was fantastic. Very friendly crew.

They have a sign in the window asking customers to be nice to the few employees who actually showed up. But they’re faster than any full staffed Checkers I’ve ever been to! Food has always been hot and fresh. Service has always been amiable at minimum. Very excited to have such a great location so close to my new home!

I placed my order online went to pick up my order they were rude. One of the items on my order they didn’t have so I asked them to replace it with something else the manager want to argue about $1 in difference when online the price I paid for the item was equivalent to what I was asking for. Then she proceeded to say well just call customer service I purchased the order through the checkers website so I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. Then they made my sandwich with not toppings when it just said no mustard because I am allergic. I proceeded to ask the for the other topping the pretended I was not at the window. I was a manager for a fast food chain for 2plus years and have never treated a customer like this. I will be filling a formal report tomorrow.

Ordered a half lb chicken bite box, 2 sprites and a fry lover sandwich. They told me my total is $14.79 and I proceeded to give them my card. What I got in return was 4 checker burgers, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 small fries. Only thing right was the 2 sprite. Total ended up being $19.06 not the 14.79 that I was told. I live 25 minutes from this location so I’m not going back to complain. Just won’t be coming back to this place. Trash customer service on top of it all.
