The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. On our family outing we stopped here for lunch and they did not disappoint!! The flavors are sensational .. no lie! My daughter and I got Honey Garlic wings with steamed rice. My husband got half & half original and hot & spicy combo. We got excited when we saw they had Ddeok-Bokki (spicy sweet rice cakes). Y’all the sauce that it comes with is amazeballs!!! We poured it on the chicken and rice for added spice. The white radish to cleanse the palette and help with digestion was a nice touch too. Oh and you can NEVER go wrong with an Arizona green tea!! 10/10 I definitely recommend!!

We usually love BBQ Chicken, but this was the first time the food tasted this suspiciously bad. We ordered the boneless spicy chicken and soy garlic wings. The boneless spicy chicken had a strangely chemical smell from the moment we opened it, and the meat tasted even more unpleasant when we took a bite. The soy garlic wings also had an old, off-tasting flavor in the meat. This wasn’t a seasoning issue It felt like there was something wrong with the chicken itself. We’ve never had this problem at any other location, so we were extremely disappointed. We won’t be coming back to this location again.

Standard spot to get fried chicken. We weren’t impressed by the place (seems pretty run down). Food was fine – the wings were better than the whole chicken which included several chewy pieces. Would recommend any non-chain options on Buford highway instead of this one.

After hearing many good comments about Korean fried chicken, we decided to try it ourselves and find a Korean restaurant with high reviews. Bb.q Chicken on Buford Highway came up frequently in reviews.
The restaurant is very small, with only a few tables. You place your order at the counter, where there are many choices of fried chicken—whole or in pieces—and a variety of flavors.
We sampled two half orders: one with soy garlic and one with plain garlic. The chicken was made to order, very crispy, and moist.
As a side, we ordered the kimchi fried rice, which was outstanding.
It’s not a fancy place, but it’s excellent!

The most delicious chicken I’ve ever had at any establishment. I am a loyal customer that has been coming to this location for 3 years + and they never miss. If you are ever in the area you have you have to stop by – boneless secret spicy with fries don’t forget the pineapple Fanta and fried dumplings. Don’t say I never told you.

Amazing customer service and super friendly! Any questions asked were answered and the food didn’t actually take that long to come out since it was fresh food quality REAL chicken. Ordered the spicy galbi wings and they were super crunchy. Also tried the chicken sandwich and fries were great!

FANTASTIC Korean fried chicken!! Have tried many flavors and they have all been outstanding. The batter is perfectly crispy without being heavy, and all the sauces are so so flavorful and delicious. Honey garlic is my favorite so far, but there hasn’t been a single one I’ve regretted ordering.
I have ordered mostly takeout, and it takes about 30 minutes for them to prepare because they prepare it fresh as they receive the order. I have tried the lunch special, but I prefer just ordering the chicken on its own so you get more chicken rather than the sides. One of my favorite restaurants in the area!!

Never heard of this place and have it a try, glad I did.
Large portions and tasty sauce on the Secret Spicy Chicken.
Just enough spice for me and the food was hot (temperature) and freshly cooked.
A little in the pricey side but you can get more than one meal out of it and the side of fries is big enough for two or three people.
Friendly enough staff who were very helpful.

I accidentally came across this place while riding down Buford Highway. I saw that the reviews on google looked good, so I decided to give it a try. The first good sign was that the place was full of happy people when I walked in. Took me a while to choose which flavor of chicken I wanted to try, but I later found out that I made a great choice. Honey Garlic wings. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food, but when it came out, it was boxed beautifully(to go)..and it was hot, fresh, and good. I had also ordered steamed rice on the side and it was fresh too. The chicken was super crispy, and even though I thought the price was a little pricier than expected, I felt the quality of the chicken made it worth it. I can’t wait to go back to try other sauce flavors. The dining area is not large, so you may want to do a carry out order. Lastly, the customer service was great. Friendly employees. Check them out guys!
