I was super excited when this location opened with a drive through. I loved visiting at least one time a week after a long shift. I would’ve rated it a 5 star experience in every way at that time.
Until one day I found a gross looking hair in my sandwich. I sent a photo and explanation to the location managers email and never heard back. I haven’t gone since. There aren’t really any other healthy sandwich drive throughs in the area so it is a bummer.

This is location always pulls through for us however tonight’s order was a slightly botched. I ordered a bacon chicken ranch and I got a bacon chicken horseradish sandwich. Lol I’m not a big fan of horse radish but it wasn’t horrible so I ate it anyway because I was past hungry at this point. Happy they delivered fast but would have preferred ranch sauce. I’m sure it was an innocent mix up in their end but please pay attention. Good thing I’m not allergic to it.

I LOVE Jimmy Johns and been going to this location for many years now ! It’s convenient that they have a drive through so you can order in a parking lot through their app than literally go through the drive through to pick up your sandwich. I’ve never had anyone mess up my order at this location as I always modify my orders. Thank you for consistently great experience and your smiles !

Okay so I’m 45 years of age and I have seen Jimmy John’s all over every city I lived in every state I’ve lived in and I’ve never eaten in a Jimmy John’s so you guys are advertising this fiery hot red wrap all over TV so I decided to go and try it cause I’m a foodie I love good food. I was very impressed that wrap was so good it was so flavorful and whoever created this they really put a lot of thought process into this because not one flavor in that wrap out Powers another they all blend in together and they are so good so so so good the vinaigrette dressing the mayonnaise some other dressing I don’t know the name of it but that is a delicious wrap and I will definitely definitely definitely be going back for that rap I hope you guys don’t discontinue this like I hope that this is just not an item that you promote to see how it does and then it go away I love this wrap. It was so delicious I was actually in my car leaving work and I said this is what I will have for dinner delicious

Always amazed how fast they make your order in the shop. Sandwich is a cut above Subway IMO and the dining area is clean and cozy. Loud rock music didn’t bother me but may turn off some customers. Overall a good place to get a satisfying meal fast.

I just went to this location to order my lunch. I ordered my sandwich without mayo. I got back to work and sat down to eat lunch and they got it wrong! There was mayo on my sandwich! I am ALLERGIC TO EGGS so this was super annoying because I had to give away my $13.00 sandwich to another employee because I couldn’t eat it. Super annoying. I am not a complainer, nor do I announce my allergy when I walk in somewhere, I just hope and assume that the sandwich maker will get my order right without having to draw attention to my food allergy. So…… a can of soup from the cupboard for me today. Very disappointing.

I was happy to see there is a Jimmy John’s that’s a walkable distance from my work. At my first order, the worker told me about the rewards system. So the next day, I signed up and placed an order through their app.
However, the rewards system is deceptive. On the app, it says you get one step closer to your next reward every time you place an order with the app. It turns out these orders must be “qualifying orders.” Buried under multiple pages of text, your order must cost $3 in order to qualify. The side I ordered was the most advertised, yet below that dollar threshold, so my order wasn’t counted. What’s worse is that the app encourages you to order that side like that because another goal in the app is to do exactly that! Yet these orders do not count as “qualifying.” I attached to this review the first three things you will see when you download the up. It’s just plainly deceptive. I will not be returning again.
UPDATE: I reached out to Jimmy John’s through the link in their response below. Then, I received an email that repeated the information contained in my review back to me. Waste of time!

Miss Misc
Had my fiance pickup sandwiches for dinner. I asked for a #14, but ended up receiving a #2 in our bag. Fiance couldn’t check because he was driving, but the sandwich was absolutely appalling, and it’s not what I ordered. I have dietary restrictions regarding half the ingredients in the sandwich they gave me which had been customized by another customer clearly. This one is in a hella sketch area too.
I’d go to a different Jimmy John’s if you could. Avoid this one.
