We received nothing but attitude from Anna the second we walked in. Obviously the food was good but some of the worst attitude and had the immediate want to leave. Constant sighing and not even a fake smile to make the customer happy. She made me almost feel like a burden just for ordering me and my friends subs.

We have ordered the same subs at other locations and there is way more meat and toppings at every other location. Our subs had barely any meat and we ordered the new subs that they advertise. The staff was very friendly! Picture is of the supreme meats which has like 3 small pieces of meat.

Stopped on my way through town and ordered a turkey, bacon and avocado wrap. Blown away by the friendly service. Greeted fast and great interaction with the staff. Excellent wrap. I go through Hinckley once a month and will be stopping again!

Stopped here at 9:40pm on 12/29. Hours on the door say they are open until 10pm, and the “open” sign in the window was still on. As soon as I walked in, the girl behind the counter immediately said, “sorry, I’ve already put everything away”. I checked my watch and asked if the hours on the door were correct. She said “yes, but I’m the only one here and I’ve already put everything away for the night”. She never even asked me what I wanted. So I left.

Becky needs some kindness and customer service lessons. She gets people through the line quick but all while shouting at everyone. That’s what brought down my rating. Eric on the other hand is very nice and we’ve had good experiences with him at this location before. Will continue to stop here in the way to our cabin.

Great food, great value, easy in and out. Employees were very courteous. They often mail out coupons and the deals are hard to beat then. I feel like I’m eating MUCH healthier here than most fast food and chain restaurants. They seem to have quite a few convenient locations too. Food always seem fresh and is tasty. Subway is at the top of my fast food choices.

The gentleman with the long pony tail was very nice, and did a great job making my sub. The place is always clean. And when I go in, I am always greeted with a “Welcome to Subway!” I always leave with a smile. All the employees are nice and well mannered.
