This was my first visit to Chipotle, and unfortunately it was a major disappointment.

The area behind the counter was very dirty. The hot food station where they assemble the meals was a mess, and many of the steam pans were nearly empty, with burnt and dried-out ingredients left sitting inside. It did not appear that the kitchen or prep areas were being properly maintained or cleaned.

Service was also very slow, with a line of customers waiting while one employee stood off to the side texting on her phone. The employee who helped us was friendly and professional, but he was clearly frustrated and overwhelmed due to a lack of support from coworkers.
The food itself was sloppily assembled and did not look appetizing. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor operational standards were very concerning. It made it easy to understand how this company had food safety issues in the past.

The only positive was the self-serve drink machine and the availability of Tabasco sauces.

Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Let me start by saying this was a very disappointing experience. When we walked in, none of the employees greeted us, I had to say hello first. (She continue to be a mute)
The employee preparing my food was extremely inattentive. She literally served me 10 pieces of steak (yes, I counted), which was ridiculous. I asked for extra lettuce three times, and she insisted there already was enough. I even told her I was willing to pay extra if needed, but she rolled her eyes and refused without saying a word.
I also ordered a small queso with chips. The first time, she filled it to the top, then another employee said something to her. She threw it out and remade it, this time only filling it halfway. When I questioned it, they told me it was supposed to be half full. (Is this a joke)
To make matters worse, the cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, no greeting, no communication, no customer service whatsoever.(another mute)
I was extremely upset and disappointed. This was my first and last visit to this location. Management seriously needs to step in and address how these employees are being trained and managed.
We ended up leaving and driving to the Randolph location because this store was out of steak at 6:30 PM. I’ll be posting photos below to show the comparison in queso portions and pricing.

Take that drive to Brockton or Randolph!!!!

The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. Every staff member is respectful, kind, and ensures that every order is perfect. While the dining area is a bit small, the overall experience is wonderful. I enjoy visiting almost every day after school; it is truly a fantastic place.

This location is in serious need of leadership and accountability. The management team is clearly failing—operations are disorganized, communication is nonexistent, and the lack of oversight is obvious the moment you walk in. They routinely run out of basic menu items, the staff shows little motivation to work, and it’s painfully clear that one or two employees are left carrying the entire workload while others stand around doing nothing.

What should have been a simple visit turned into an hour-long wait for food, with no apology or urgency from anyone in charge. This level of inefficiency and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Until management is replaced and the staff is properly trained and supervised, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We know chipotle doesn’t offer a decent amount of food but this place halved everything. Half a spoon of salsa, half amount of cheese, I ordered double meat because I got half a spoon of chicken. AVOID coming here.

Always have a good experience at this chipotle. I order through the drive up window and my food is almost always ready when I pull up, one time had to a wait only a few min. The portions are alway great, and the food tastes fresh.

Tried out this new location, and the experience sucked! We ordered at 3:30 on their app, and it said pickup ready at 3:40. Considered they are always busy, so we got there at 4, yes 20 minutes late, only to be told to just wait a little bit cuz it’s not ready. Okay, so we waited patiently for another 10 minutes, then asked again, and they were like oh yes it’s ready, and brought out my food from the back (?), it was supposed to be on the shelf, instead it’s somewhere sitting in the back all this time???? And we’ve waited for what???? No apologies nothing, this place sucks! I understand you are new, but don’t open your door if you’re not ready for business. Oh how can I forget to mention about your BIG portion lol so much that even my 5 year old nephew can finish in 5 minutes smh

The reviews for this location are spot on. This is a newer location but it is clearly not well run. The food both looks and tastes like it is old and sitting out way longer than it should be. They frequently seem to run out of things and won’t make more. This isn’t even inconsistent, it is just consistently bad. Avoid this location, maybe go to norwood or brockton if you have a craving as those locations are a more standard chipotle experience. Or try out roxanne’s taqueria nearby.

I don’t typically love placing take out orders because I enjoy my food fresh and hot, but because this one has a drive through for pick up it makes things sooo much more convenient. The first time was good, second time not so much. Portions very small and food was room temp at best, by no means “hot” will obviously return because I love chipotle and I love the drive through pick up, just hoping some of the kinks get worked out as I know this is a very new location!

Only came here during the first week and service was terrible. I gave them benefit of the doubt for opening week. Checking back months later it looks like not much has changed based on all the recent reviews. I don’t expect much from Chipotle in general but somehow this location managed to disappoint my already low expectations. I ordered online and still had to wait another 20-30 minutes when I came. Eventually someone realized that it was sitting in the back the whole time . When I brought the food home the pork was ice cold. Like they literally took it out the freezer, forgot to cook it and threw it on my plate. Not even exaggerating. I never went back since but there seems to be a lot of quality control issues at this location. I would rather eat my arm than come back here.
