Tried this for the first time recently. Have to start off, the teriyaki chicken in the salad was SO tender, it was not over cooked and dry. French fries were perfect (in my opinion), nice and crispy! Pizza was pretty decent as well. Will def order from them again in the future

Sorry to say, after always loving your pizza and thinking it was the best Pizza around I don’t think I will feel that way ever again. I got a large cheese pizza that was so very very thin. The whole slice of pizza was like two bites and not much taste and it had a burn flavor. I just heard about new management or maybe it depends on who made the pizza? We were served by a young woman. The whole restaurant was also a bit smokey and it affected my eyes. There was a burn smell in the air. And it was very cold in the restaurant, I guess they had the heat turned down very low. I’m very disappointed!!!

Used to order from here all the time and it was good, don’t know if they changed owners or cooks but got two salads tonight and they were terrible. The steak on one of the salads was hard as a rock and completely inedible. This was an online order and they still didn’t get the order correct. They had the wrong style chicken on one salad, and the wrong dressing on the other. I would NOT recommend eating from this establishment.

Our first time. We got a large cheese pizza, meatball sub and a 2 liter of soda. Food was ok, about $30, pretty good for dinner for 2 adults. Place was dated and parking was fine. There was only one issue: it was Tuesday night so there was a pizza special going on. But we were charged the regular price (until we asked for the special price). They did give us the special price once we asked for it. Maybe they just made a mistake but not sure. It’s a small thing (I know) but it took away from the overall experience.

Got a small cheese pizza, large make your own veggie pizza and spicy fries from Wilmington House of Pizza. This might have become my new favorite pizza place. The food was spot on and I LOVED the crust. Will be back again!

Upon receiving a chicken quesadilla with French fries generously distributed over it, I was disappointed to find that it lacked sour cream and salsa, as per the menu description. When I inquired about the missing condiments, the establishment informed me that I had to specify them. This discrepancy between the menu and the actual order was unacceptable, especially considering the price of $17. I would not hesitate to give this establishment another chance, but it will be my last.

Terrible service and food. What happened?! New owners! We have been going to Wilmington HOP for about 5 years. When I went to pick up my online order, there was a lot of confusion and I ended up leaving with cold soggy food. I thought I was waiting for something to come out of the oven. It turned out my food was just sitting on the counter for the 30min I was waiting. Instead of 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese, there were two cheese which apparently confused the staff, but not enough to look into it. Rather than cook a new pizza, they put pepperoni on the flat top to heat it up and then put that pepperoni on the cheese pizza! I did not have time to make a big deal but when I called to complain about my service, they lied to me about switching owners and tried to tell me my bad experience was due to them receiving a large order right before me. I watched the entire staff except one guy stand around on their phones and fight with a register for 30 minutes. Also, the owner said they would process a refund for the terrible pizza and I never received a refund.

I ordered an toasted Italian sandwich and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. The whole thing was soaked — the bread was soggy, the pickles weren’t drained, and there was way too much lettuce piled on. It was basically a wet salad stuffed into a sub roll. I couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing it out. For $12.50 (before tax!), I expected something at least edible. Total waste of money. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was good enough but a bit on the pricey side pizza was ok but the sub sandwichs were good. Mozz stick were ok but the marinara sauce was super runny. A small frie is enough for at least two people, Can’t imagine a large.
