I’m very disappointed in panda this time. They messed up my order again. I placed an order of a bigger plate with 2 portions of teriyaki chicken and 1 portion of super greens. I got 1 portion of each but they didn’t give me my 2nd portion of teriyaki chicken. And this is not the first time! Last time I got a plate and asked for 2 portions of teriyaki chicken and I got none of it only the chowmein. Bad service here. They need to focus more and have better management.

I purchased Panda Express this past Friday, I was missing two sides from my family order and upon m.y arrival the restaurant was very busy. I understand the workers are busy, stressed and/or frustrated with the amount of customers in line. However I find it highly unprofessional and deplorable customer service to have the manager, who should lead by example, not greet and ignore customers, and have a horrible attitude towards customers. I do not regularly visit Panda Express, nor do I have a desire to return.

I came in late at night before closing, but but Hailey, one of the staff, still greeted me with a big smile. Her personality felt like seeing an old friend you haven’t seen in a while. I could tell she put lots of care into my order, and if this is the type or person this establishment hires I will 100% be returning.

Passive aggressive attitude/racism at this place by a young blue eye female Caucasian worker, along with a taller caucasian male worker making faces while he thought i wasn’t looking. My plate was skimpy and i was served a partial piece of whole onion which disgusted me and made me lose my appetite. No sauces were offered or a thank you for my business. I was quite hungry and having a long day. My attitude was polite and easy going. I guess being Hispanic young and on my day off is offensive to some people. I will be boycotting this particular Panda Express, please don’t come here especially if you are of color. Blessings to those reading this.

Not really a fan of Panda Express in general. Their Orange Chicken tastes like fried dates with burnt raisins. However a lady behind the counter was very sweet and gave me an extra free entree of my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp. The workers really do the best they can here. Please support if you can.

I cannot be lying about this. I ordered the food, it was cold, and as I was eating into it there was a piece of hair inside of it. I stopped right away, returned it and asked for my money back. Literally disgusting and I lost all my appetite after that. 0 hygiene whatsoever. Y’all need to do better because reviews like mine with photo proofs will only kill the business and people’s trust in your store
