Slowest barista in the world. Ordered through the app to give them more than enough time to complete my order. I am a former Starbucks barista and there was no friendly service or sense of urgency. Took everything in me not to go back and start making drinks.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks and have visited many locations across the USA. I am giving 5 stars to the barista who was working today (07/18/2024 at 6:42 PM). She was completely alone, doing the work of three people, and was visibly exhausted. Despite this, she never let it show to the customers. She treated everyone with kindness and attention, and made the drinks in record time.

I am giving 1 star to the store’s management for putting an employee in this situation. I can only believe this is due to greed. What a disrespect.

This needs to just close down!
1. They barely ever have anyone able to work
2. Mobile ordering is hardly ever available and when it is they take so long to get anything done!
3. They always forget my cold foam I pay for!
4. One time my drink was made then they closed and left so I couldn’t even complain my drink was made wrong and an extra item I paid for was missing (hard to miss cold foam)
I will go 7 mins further from now on bc this starbucks is a joke

I’m a huge fan of Starbucks & have been to pretty much all of their locations in the area & elsewhere. This particular location, inside Kroger, is ok. There’s been several days they’ve been closed due to low staff, which is a Kroger problem, not starbucks, but it’s not a cute look. A lot of my drinks have been made too sweet or just incorrect & some of the staff are a lil rude. Only this particular location. I’d recommend another location for these reasons. Update: I just asked for a vanilla latte, breve (half & half), but I received a cup of slightly vanilla steamed half & half. That’s it. No espresso. I hate to leave neg reviews, because I also work with the public, but when you go to a coffee shop & ask for a drink containing coffee, you should get just that. Especially from the most popular coffee shop in America & probably the world. I don’t think that me or my friends will be going back. This is just plain crazy. I’ve had it.

Terrible. Waited and then drink was wrong. No shot of espresso. All cream. I ordered cold brew. W/ shot of espresso. Service was horrible. Employee rude. She did dishes first and wiped off counters while line formed and customers waited. Also was banging things! Obviously unhappy she had to work. That was after taking our orders!!

The store itself is frequently understaffed. So leave yourself time just incase. They manage the best the can with what they are provided.

I have debated whether to write this review as I have had several pleasant experiences at this location. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, and the drinks are always well made. That being said, I cannot believe the rudeness that I witnessed while getting coffee this morning. There were two employees: one taking orders and one making the drinks. The employee taking orders was rude, first off, and acted like it was a bother to be there. Then, while waiting for my drink, she was openly ripping on other customers to the employee making the drinks. She openly made rude remarks about several of us WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE and then laughed! I could not believe it. Props to the second employee for not engaging in the insults. I understand that working with the public/customer service can leave a lot to be desired; however, this type of behavior is not acceptable IMO.

Place was great! Staff was super friendly. I went looking for a Been There Series coffee mug and they were all out. Worker told me they’ve been out of them for months which was a bummer! But overall great experience even if they didn’t have what I was looking for.

Wife and I went through I got a small pumpkin spice thing which was good but my wife order a iced brown sugar Expresso and it was undrinkable the amount of cinnamon in it was extreme even for me and I’ve been dumb enough to put a spoon full in mouth.
