Tiny little place! They do not have a lot of options. I ended up getting a asada quesadilla. Not much flavor but was hot n fresh! I really like the tortillas.
No soda machine, only bottles from Mexico. Which I love a good Mexican coke!!
Tables were extremely dirty and place wasn’t clean. Not sure I’d return. But had to try it.

Food was amazingly good just the beans were a bit greasy. They also sell Mexican Coca-Cola, cookies, chocolate, frozen paletas, menudo, many more things. It is a bit expensive.

I have ordered from here a few times but today had to be the absolute worst My Quesabirria was cold the consomme smelled burnt and it was very dark I didn’t receive any onion lime or cilantro with my menudo It was a lot of fatty chunks in it and was very greasy The onions that they gave me for my Quesabirria looked wet and see-through I don’t know if they were rushing stuff today because of the time but highly unacceptable and tasteless today

Ordered a 32oz cup of menudo to go, price was $15ish and comes with sides of fresh hot tortillas, oregano, diced onions and a lime wedge.
Personally, I love lime so I wish there’d give more along with onion. It’s a good serving!
The menudo and tortillas were very hot, just the way we love it. Came home and served a bowl and now I have plenty left over. Could feed 2-3 people ☺️
The flavor is sooo full, I’m Mexican and my family cooks- and this felt like a bowl of menudo from my grandma. Spicy, heavy on the meat and flavorful.
I will come back just for the menudo.
Also bought tortillas de harina (flour tortillas) fresh and a nice quantity. Great food and fresh tortillas to take home at a reasonable price.

We had gorditas de chicharrón. The chicharrón was only the fat and it was hard.
My husband ordered a coffe and they took forever to bring it to him, they brought him the water and milk but not the instant coffee. No customer service at all. The lady didn’t even check if we need it anything else.
Every table was dirty. Today was not our best experience.

Really disappointed ordered tamales from here for a Christmas gathering and everyone said they tasted like they been stored in a fridge and not only that I had 3 tamales that weren’t even cooked the masa was still soft and gooey . Upon putting this review in I also seen someone else post a similar situation with the tamales not being cooked and not tasting fresh will not be returning.

I love this place!! Some great Menudo, and heard they got best barbacoa tacos in town, but out. So worth a 30 minutes from up town just for this restaurant. Authentic eatery, real hidden gem, SMALL no frills, peoples place, well worth drive.
