I got the eight-piece meal deal. It came with eight pieces of mixed chicken and four honey biscuits and one side. I expected the one side to be enough to equal what you need to feed four people. I got four biscuits. But no, I got a single serving of french fries. That’s a disappointment.

Customer service here really needs work, the food is okay but they lock their dining room early so every order has to go through the drive thru. Not a big deal, except for when they forget your sides and you have to wait behind 3 cars for 1 side while your food gets cold and then they tell you you never actually ordered it even though it’s right there on the receipt.
They grabbed my boyfriends phone and took it into the window twice, once to check that the mobile order was actually ours, and again after they told us multiple times we didn’t order what we were missing and we showed them the screen to prove it. I don’t know why both women acted so accusatory over a side of corn, as if I was planning a grand corn heist, it was obviously right there on the screen. I don’t care how good the corn is I’m never coming back.

I have been a patron of this restaurant on and off for 15 years. I want to start by saying it has gone so far downhill over the years.
I placed a drive through order a couple of days ago- not only did they get my order wrong, but they forgot to give me all of my sides. It was around 7:30pm. So, by the time I got home with my food and saw that all I had was 2 pieces of chicken, 3 tenders, and a biscuit… I figured, well, I guess I’ll just cut my losses and go back when I’m in the area to get some kind of reimbursement. At least I have enough to eat as I ordered extra to have leftovers.
I went back a couple days later. I was told that because I did not come back the same night and ate the chicken (which, by the way, 2 of the 3 tenders I ordered were stringy, hard, inedible, and made me consider food poisoning risks) that I would not be given a refund. I have worked in close to 10 restaurants in my life- from fast food, to fine dining, to pizza places, to bars… we would have given that customer a FULL REFUND. No questions asked. The lady called me a liar! She was the one who messed up my order. That’s just bad business. That’s just prideful and greedy.
Stay away from this place.
Not only was the mustached Hispanic lady… Tammy???… rude about it, but all the girls in the kitchen listened and laughed at me as I said well, that’s fine but I’ll never come back here again. I was not rude, did not curse, but was firm in my request for a refund and politely stood on business as I left. Once again- this is just not how you run a successful business.
I’m not concerned, Popeyes is better and I don’t have to repeat myself 4 times while placing the order.
To this location- there is a reason you have a 3.9 star rating on Google. I’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE I know to never go here.

I have been a fan of Church’s Chicken since the 60s. I feel blessed to be able to enjoy food my Granny fed me as a child. The flavors are consistent and memorable. Enjoyed my visit to the Douglasville location and hope to continue the tradition of a roll, pepper and a tasty dark meat Thigh. Have mercy.

Went through the drive through and the woman working today with vitiligo on her face was completely rude. We were trying to make sure we had our order correct and she jumped in a conversation and started yelling and cussing for so reason in the background.

The lady that was working the register was very rude. The man in front of me was saying the the she was rude and not helpful with sides. The food was not very flavorful and was only luke warm. I had to pay for extra dipping sauces. I had to exchange one to get a different sauce. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Do not recommend. Chicken was dry, bland, and tasteless even though it was ordered as spicy. Macaroni taste like Kraft Mac and cheese with a little added cheese for 2.99. They didn’t have any condiments requested. Save your money. This is trash ️ ️ ️ ️and it went into the ️. Needs to be shut down or properly owned and managed.
