This is the worst store ever. No communication, accountability, or resolution when they mess up. Order the New York Pepperoni Duo. Took off the cupped Pepperoni (left the regular) added 2 other toppings. Paid for 1 because it was a 2 topping pizza to start. I get my pizza and there’s no Pepperoni. I call and the manager debates it doesn’t say Pepperoni only says no CC Pep, add sausage and onions. Clear as day on my order and the receipt it says Pep duo. I got told he would talk to his manager but this is what the screen says. No offer to remake if I wanted to come get it and didn’t ask my name or anything to even follow up after he talked with the manager.
Last week days before the snow I ordered and after waiting over an hour and the tracker not updating I called and was told the sent it to door dash (no text or email) but nobody picked it up. Told me they were closing in 10 minutes and could I get there before then. I said no. Asked could I be there on 15. I asked was it a fresh pizza or the one that’s been sitting for 1.5 almost 2 hours at this point.
Think this will be my last order at this location.

Had a solid experience with friends late at night here. Our order was a little bit messed up due to some understandable confusion – but they quickly gave us a free extra pizza to make up for it!

Placed order for delivery and received the WORST experience ever. The manager Sarah was beyond disrespectful when I called to tell her my order was incorrect. She refused to provide her name on the phone cursed at me and then hung up. I went there to not only get her name but to see what could be done to resolve the order error. Please be advised I was charged twice. She immediately started yelling when I entered with my incorrect order. She clearly wanted a confrontation. Additionally, I had my son record EVERYTHING! Not only was the situation not resolved she claimed to call the general manager Mike Jones who never answered or called back. Sarah has no idea what customer service means to say the least she was unprofessional.

On this day, Saturday, September 21, 2024 I ordered from Pizza Hut and the food was excellent. I was offered a free pizza and I enjoyed the food. It was nice and hot. They did a excellent job very pleased with the service and the delivery this time.

Most of the time I go to this Pizza Hut they have very tasty pizza but on the day I went there on June 16 Was terrible The Cheese Pizza Had No Sauce on it!!! And my friend said that the texture was weird and it tasted wrong it also tasted better when it was cold so that says a lot

I ordered a medium pan pizza with regular sauce, pepperoni and beef, and regular cheese. When I received the pizza, it had roughly double the amount of cheese that it usually has, and I don’t like having too much cheese. We called to ask for a replacement and offered to pick it up (when the original order was for delivery) and we brought the pizza back and exchanged it for a new one, and I also asked for it to be made with BBQ sauce because I messed up the original order-that was my bad. However, when my sibling picked up the new pizza, there was roughly 5-10% of the regular amount of cheese. It seems that the manager was not happy with us asking for a replacement pizza when the original one had too much cheese and decided to be petty/sarcastic and made a pizza with literally almost no cheese on it. We called and demanded a refund and he originally said we’d have to bring the pizza back and we refused because while mistakes are natural (as with the first pizza) – the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude in how he handled the situation-making a pizza poorly which must have been on purpose because I’ve ordered pizza from this location many times and have never had a pizza this poorly made, and then being argumentative and rude on the phone. As a former long time customer of this pizza hut location, I will NEVER order from or step foot in this pizza hut again. It’s a shame because this location used to be really good but it has gone downhill

Ordered a pizza for delivery on a Wednesday evening at 11pm (they close at midnight mind you) and at 11:47 we called the store asking if our order was going to be completed, only to be told that a doordasher hadn’t arrived yet to pick up the order and if they didn’t get there in 10 mins, they were going to just cancel our order. Then the store proceeded to hangup on me.
