I just wanted to come here and thank the servers at Starbucks on the morning of April 5 2025. I have been having the worst few weeks and yall managed to brighten my day in such a silly way. The message left on my cup while goofy had me smiling despite my struggles. The drink was also made perfect and yall were really sweet thank you so much.

i’ve been through this store a handful of times and the whole place is filthy from floor to the ceiling. i’ve heard the floor staff ask the manager for help so many times im starting to believe she doesn’t exist. i’ve not once seen her (i believe she’s called savannah). i feel so sorry for these poor workers having to deal in such awful conditions because she’s clearly refusing to do anything about it. going off of the other reviews, i seriously do think it’s time for a new manager.

I visited this Starbucks location for the first time and ordered a drink with oatmilk due to several dairy allergies. My cup was labeled oatmilk, but after drinking it, it became clear that the drink I was given was not what I specifically ordered.
This is extremely concerning and irresponsible. Food allergies are not a preference for a lot of people—they’re a health risk. Thankfully, my reaction wasn’t severe. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I strongly urge the staff and management to take more care when preparing drinks, especially when allergens are involved.

8 March 23 update: four employees hanging out in a gaggle as we stood at the counter 5 minutes without any interaction.
Worst Starbucks experience ever, actually the worst coffee ordering experience for me. This is saying a lot considering I’ve traveled throughout the US and a few other places.
After I ordered each item I was corrected as to the right way to order the item, “for next time.” Each time the cashier appeared to readily understand what I wanted, yet the cashier had some unknown driving need to “teach” me how to properly order at that specific Starbucks.
To make matters more fun, the pumpkin bread; wait sorry, the pumpkin loaf, was dry.

Rudest service I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. Customers behind me and in the drive through we’re getting served before me. The girls working there had an attitude when I asked how much longer it will be as I was waiting for 20 minutes for a cold foam. Definitely not coming to this location again.

It’s usually good peoples usually nice but today my drink looked extremely dark and it kind of taste like chocolate milk and it’s supposed to have espresso and four pumps of vanilla and when I asked if they put the vanilla in it she said I don’t know and that’s probably a bad answer to say to your customer then I said where is my little receipt for the side of the cup and she said I can’t find my little stickers so that let me know she’s definitely the one that made my drink but didn’t know if there was vanilla in it and it’s very very dark and it has not even a coffee taste in it today pretty upset upset.

I am usually a huge fan of this Starbucks, but this order did not impress me. If I order a grande or venti, I expect my cup to be full. It is too expensive not to be. The new Brown Sugar Oatmilk drink is delicious when it is in stick.
I have no clue what is going on with this Starbucks but they have been unexpectedly slow and they made my drink wrong. I ordered a caramel maccioto which is suppose to be warm, but it was a drink over ice. Unfortunately I was in too much of a rush to sit in the line for another 20 minutes for them to fix it. My guess is they must have a lot of new employees and they need a lot more training.
