I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. The service was disorganized, the food quality was below average, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. What really bothered me, though, was how some of the younger employees were being spoken to — it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. No workplace should make teen workers feel stressed or talked down to like that. Maybe someone should actually look into how management is treating their younger staff, because it didn’t seem right. Between the food and the way employees were handled, I definitely won’t be coming back.

I work in a skilled nursing facility and we have order out days. DQ WAS OUR PLACE this time. We went in with 13 orders the staff was polite and friendly didn’t get overwhelmed with us and kept it in order . Was an excellent experience

Worst Dairy Queen ever. The blizzard was awful. It wasn’t even edible. Took 2 bites and through the rest in the trash. Waste of money and time stopping here. Not sure if they are trying to poison customers but that blizzard was not safe to eat. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointing visit. Had a regular sized order with 4 items included. Two medium dipped cones and two Blizzards. One was the Superman and the other the dipped strawberry cheesecake with added brownie chunks (an up charge). Both Blizzards were awful. No chunks of anything in either one. After waiting in line again we asked for them both to be remade. We were told that “trust me it was all in there it just mixed away”? Isn’t the whole point the mixins anyway? I’ve never before been given smooth Blizzards? The second try was better and actually included some of the items and the additional brownies.

They were so busy and all I got were two pup cups. I kinda feel bad but the pup cups were ready seconds after I ordered while everyone else was waiting. They still got everyone going fast but I think they skipped ahead for my dogs a little.

Absolutely awful experience. The service was slow, the staff was unprofessional, and the food was cold and tasteless. My order was wrong, and when I tried to get it fixed, they just gave me snotty attitude. The place was dirty, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. For a place that’s supposed to be known for good ice cream, they fail miserably. Don’t waste your time or money here. Zero stars if I could give them that.
