The food was fine it tasted great the downside & why I gave the food 3 stars was because I opened my soda and there were ants (the ants were still alive) mixed in with the ice cubes. I finished the drink not knowing the ants were in there until the end. To say the least I am a bit grossed out.

After reading the reply posted by the owner I filled out the form (twice). It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t hear a word from the owner or BW3 “Go”. If you have issues with this establishment don’t expect to hear anything if they say they’ll “make it right”. Complete lack of customer service.
The online-ordering app is the worst ordering app in the history of the internet. Second time in a row I ordered and it was supposed to apply the discount at checkout and did not once again. Won’t try a third time, plenty of other places in Newburgh to get wings. It’s a shame, we like their wings, but it’s not worth the hassle trying to order them.

I did not have a good experience at b dubs go, and it ruined the rest of my night. The wings were good just like Buffalo Wild Wings should be, but it was the sauce… We ordered 30 traditional naked wings with bbq on the side. They have us ONE tiny cup of sauce for 30 wings. They were ok but would have been way better if they gave us more sauce. If you’re craving B Dubs and are closer to B Dubs go than the actual restaurant. Trust me, make the drive to the restaurant.

Ordered food to pickup 20 min before the ND vs IU football game. The staff bluntly told everyone “to add 45 min to whatever time it told you online” the staffs attitude was that it was all the customer’s problem to deal with. I left and came back 45 min after my scheduled time to cold food sitting in the locker. Waste of $30 and waste of a lot of time. Even a shred of customer service or accountability from the staff would have been able to change this experience and review.

Food was ready when promised. Hot , fresh, delicious. Loved the convenience of the board and locker. Only issue was short a wing in one of the smaller orders! I had given up on BWW because of their previous repeated poor customer service. This place was great! I will come back for sure!

Manager was very nice and fixed my error in ordering on the mobile app. This location always has the orders correct and the food has always been fresh when I’ve picked it up. In my experience it’s the best BWW location locally.
