My husband LOVES good Chilli Rellenos – yesterday he said they were his favorite and we were in Redmond. I tasted them and they were plump and moist with plenty of everything yummy. We go here quite often because it is CLEAN, we feel welcome (nice people) and noticed. Salsa is hot when the sign says so – same as mild – no surprises. Chips and salsa are there for the taking (and they are warm), food is plentiful – we always need a take home box. My go to is the Carnitas Tostada. This is not fine dining, rather just really good Mexican food made on the spot – hot, delicious and filling. One review called it a “Hidden Gem” and it is yet should not be. I think something flashy needs to be outside the store to make more people take notice. You won’t be sorry if they do.

So the hostess enthusiastically affirmed my consideration of loaded french fries and am I glad she did. Yummy carne asada, avocado sauce, etc. It pays to branch out from the usual cheese enchilida! Such a generous amount too. Will stop here again!

LOVE Don Gabinos!!! $2 taco tuesday cant beat, plus the tacos are packed and fresh!! This place is also very clean love the people and this place is very generous in the amount of food. Some places are even stingy with the salsa but not here. All of the salsas are amazing as well. Thank you for coming to redmond, let’s get a location with a drive thru next!!

Oh my god, they opened a Don Gambino’s in Redmond! We absolutely love this restaurant, and the food is all the same as the Bend location. They even brought over the same chefs. Great specials, awesome food, great prices. And what a location… right downtown! There’s a reason there’s a line out the door everytime I show up… but it quick and truly worth it!

The person at the front was very nice and helpful. The chips and salsa bar while you wait is great. Then the food comes out fast and HOT. The food was solid. 10/10. They even changed the TVs for a couple kids in the restaurant. Come check this spot out!

First time trying Don Gambinos, I was nervous after Lucys and Brothers Taco shop left and I was not disappointed! Staff is nice, food is fantastic and reasonably priced. happy to make this place my main source of Mexican food in RDM!
