Honestly, if I could give negative stars, I would.
I ordered today at the Jasper Highway 78 Subway near Big Lots and was so badly treated by an obviously obnoxious, angry person that I tried calling management.
Here’s what happened…I ordered, asked to sub Mayo for the honey mustard (which I have an allergy to, but wasn’t asked why I needed the substitution) was barked at that I would get the wrap EXACTLY as it was posted on the menu board. When I asked for no pickles the same angry person informed me loudly, NO, that I would get it exactly as shown on the board.
Someone please call SNL, because the writers would have a field day with this Sandwich Artist!
Then, when I called to make management aware, I was asked, what are you talking about (I seriously doubt I was this Artists first victim) and proceeded to hang up on me.
Hence the review.
Don’t go!!

Employees are straight GARBAGE, especially management. Paid $30 for the photos shown…double meat and double veggies…there wasn’t enough protein on them to fill a child. Called and was given a hard time over the phone, she kept asking if we had eaten the product after I told her no several times and that we would bring them back. She said she couldn’t remake them and would need the receipt. I told her it was the online order which she pulled up and saw what we had paid for. She said she wouldn’t remake the sandwiches until we got there with the original ones. On the 15 minute drive back to the restaurant we decided we would just get a refund and go somewhere else. When we got to the drive thru a manager was there and we were told they had already remade the subs and therefore we could not get a refund. She then slammed the window shut on us and walked off. Her daughter was there and decided she was an employee and put her two cents in. Why were we told they weren’t going to be made until we arrived with the original order and a proof of purchase? Needless to say we called and disputed the charge and will be refunded that way. Incompetency at its finest. Stay in school kids.

Just came by here maybe 20 minutes ago. The sub was mediocre, probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. There was a giant piece of bell pepper in my sandwich. Go to the subway on Carl cannon. Won’t be back here.

The food is garbage! The staff are not the best! This was the last chance I give them. It has not been good the last 4 times I’ve been. I’m very sad and disappointed. I’ll have To go to Jersey Mike’s from now on.

The only problem I had was the cookies were old, and Subway always has good cookies. Other than that it was great. The girl that made it good was amazing! Great customer service

Tell me why I could not use my coupon on a footlong turkey sandwich? When it only excludes The snacks the beast in the garlic roast beef. The man inside the store though told me I could not use my coupon because I was getting turkey. I told him it should say that on the coupon then I still had to pay full price for it though.

This was horrible… Paying 80 dollars on the food and after we paid we found two small bones that almost killed my little sister!!! She was mad about it, we told the worker and she didn’t do anything about it just made excuses about it saying it must have been the box that they order from the meat. She also rolled her shirt up like she was ready to fight? The other worker was scared she just looked and left and let the tiny girl deal with it! I could’ve told my dad to get like 20 o 30 dollars back from this. This was the worse Subway I’ve gone to.

Stopped in about 630 pm and the 2 young gentleman that was working took more pride in their work than I have ever seen at a Subway. Absolutely great sandwiches made perfectly. Friendly, fast and clean. I definitely recommend.

It is GOD AWFUL THERE!!!! The last time I went around 3-4 weeks ago, the employees (all kids might I add), were singing and talking so loud I couldn’t even hear myself think. They told us they were practicing for the talent show at school…. It was so bad. My bread, that I didn’t get heated nor toasted was so hard it was like eating styrofoam. It literally crackled and crumbled like two pieces of styrofoam. The place is dirty, the employees are lazy and slow and they have NO idea what they’re doing. The place is run by kids. I have absolutely not a clue in the world as to how this subway is still up and running.
