I have eaten at this subway multiple times a week for almost 4 years now. Never had an issue. Then things slowly started turning bad. I would order “hot” sandwiches that had meat that was still cold even though it was toasted. I always order a head of time to save time because if not you’re waiting 5-10 minutes for a sandwich. Here recently it’s like they cut the portions in half. I ordered a footlong and a drink that was 17$!!!!!!! and got maybe enough food in the sandwhich for a 6inch. Pictures will be below. This has happened multiple times in the last two weeks. Figured I’d give it one more shot. Today was the last straw. Ordered online a footlong grilled chicken, lettuce, pickle and ranch. Instead got a rotisserie chicken, lettuce, pickle and black olives. I’ll never go back.

I really did not want to give even the 1 star but 0 is not an option. Our family had several mobile orders but when we went to pick them up 1 of our orders were not there. We told them and they would not make the 2 missing sandwiches. They said they did not have the order and they would not make them even when we showed the order confirmation. They were rude and then we thought okay we will talk to the owner and explain what happened, nope he did not care. He is willing to lose several mobile orders rather than replace 2 missing sandwiches.

Ordered on the app for in store pick up. Got 3 foot long pepperoni wraps. Inspected them and returned. They were cold, ingredients were falling out and there was literally nothing in them but 2 pepperonis and 1 slice of cheese. I go back in and ask them to be heated and add more to them?? I get they’re $3 a piece, but come on. They took nothing out of the bags, just threw the bags in the microwave and told me they couldn’t add more. There wasn’t a worker in there over the age of 16. This wasn’t the first ridiculous encounter I’ve had at this location, but it was by far the worst food I’ve ever taken home. Sad that one of only 2 local places in palmyra has such a lack of awareness. The GAS STATION FOOD IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY!

Every time I order from here, they barely put any veggies on the sandwiches. It’s all bread. I even ask for extra on most of my veggies hoping they will take a hint but to no avail. This issue is pretty consistent across the board so I am assuming that the employees are specifically being instructed to skimp so the business owners can save as much money/make as much profit as possible. I also noticed about a month ago that they are cutting their cucumbers so THIN now that it’s an absolute joke. And if I ask for extra anything, I never get it. It’s a travesty that this is the only restaurant in town.
If you put in a mobile order, do not make the mistake of tipping them assuming it will be enough of an incentive for them to get your order right.

Update: Rude Lady no longer in at Subway, so hopefully happy experiences from here on out!
The older lady working today around 4:15 has an attitude. I can understand being overworked since I got there right around same time as a number of others and it’s right after school and the guy working had just clocked out so ok. You don’t have to be friendly but are you seriously going to get upset because I asked you to get me another thing of cookies after the bag you where using dropped to the floor? Seriously? “It was only the bag” was her response before getting me another and tossing it on the counter like she was having a fit.
To make it worse, the cookies were not cooked all the way! And this is not the first time I have gotten them like that from here but last time I brushed it off with maybe it was because they where still hot. Not this time.

All the employees were great and friendly. The woman working was kindly teaching a new employee and was great showing him what to do. We don’t normally go to our local Subways because I don’t typically have good experiences (we don’t live near this location), but I’ll definitely stop here again when we’re driving through!

I went in the particular subway yesterday and a kind man with the name Cash served me he asked how my day was going and made sure my sandwich was just how I liked it. It was getting to be rush out and he handled everyone’s order well with a timely manner too!
