Whoever ever was working the window today at lunch, I’m sorry you are in such a bad mood, but you did not need to pass your bitterness off to others.
They are always out of products also.
I do love Taco Bell normally, but the problem is this is the closest one to where I’m working for a quick trip for lunch. Just wish they could get an order right with out being so bitter.

I went around 7:00 in the evening. When I received my order, the drink I requested was watery so I requested a different drink, The two girls at the window exchanged weird glances before giving me a new drink. When I actually received my order, my lettuce was so cold it felt like it was just pulled from a freezer. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I’ve never received a taco with lettuce that cold so that’s just an observation. My quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way and the cheese was not melted. Overall, the workers have a bad attitude and the food is not good.

Ordered three soft shell tacos, 2 orders of guacamole and a chalupa. Got home and looked in bag, food was just tossed in the bag with stuff everywhere. Also order was wrong! Received 3 hard shell tacos, one order of guacamole. The employee Ms. Shay did come out and apologize and refunded our order soo I will say the customer service was fair!

Seriously the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in the country. I’ve never been satisfied once here and I’ve lived in this town for 25 years. I try to refrain from eating Taco Bell until I go to Denham Springs where it’s hands down the absolute best. Workers couldn’t care less about what’s served over here. I had to put my own cheese on my Mexican pizza. They only covered ¼ of it. Didn’t even bother to cut my quesadilla. Great job. And not like the franchisee is going to do anything anyways. They know they can take advantage of everyone who comes here since there isn’t another Taco Bell anywheres close. Garbage service. Garbage food. Garbage employees. Wish corporate would do something about it.

I wish I couldn’t even give them 1 star, but I need to review some how, I came here after work and order 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 #10 combos, whoever they have in the kitchen needs better training over tried calling but the phones don’t ring, my food was poorly made the #10 doesn’t come with tomato’s and my quesadillas were burnt, I will never come back to this Taco Bell ever again, the service felt unfriendly next time I’ll go to port Allen because there service is friendlier and didn’t mess up my orders at all and answer there phones.

Don’t waste your time here, I think the meat is sold separately. Everytime I get Tacos here they are empty, the “Crunch” wrap supreme is soggy. The drinks are okay but I thinks just because the employees don’t make them.

It’s astounding to me that after having stopped by this location a few times I’m able to have these key takeaways:
1. The AI order taker is vastly superior to the humans in the store.
2. How can you knowingly ask what sauce I want, and then either not give me the hot sauce I wanted or literally not give me sauce at all. Like what? You remember to ask me, but don’t give a care in the world what the result is?
3. Your attitudes are absolute trash. How about try to be nice and genuine? It takes minimal effort to do and it’s your job. Half of your job is making food, the other half is service.
4. When someone looks you in the eye and speaks to you, don’t just turn your head and walk away, it’s so disrespectful. All I literally said was, “thank you.” You closed the window in my face and walked away Taijah. Why?
Can this location please get its act together? I need a convient place to get food sometimes and I rarely get fast food for the very reason of being dissatisfied. Do better.

Do not go to this place. I ordered 4 chicken chalupas, meat and cheese only and x4 hard tacos, meat and cheese only. Then I was asked if I wanted sauce and I said yes. Almost $40 total.
Here is what I got: 4 chalupas with lettuce and tomatoes, 2 hard tacos seem to be old and 2 soft tacos with lettuce and tomatoes.
Oh, and no sauce. The receipt shows only 3 sauces were give, but not even 3 were in the bag. There should have been at least 8 sauce , on for each item.
Save you money and go someplace else. Trust me you can find a place with better food, better prices, and better service. They may have a new look, but the service is horrible.
