This location has definitely gone downhill. The kids work there are a joke. The food is just not good anymore and they seem so disorganized, lost and honestly a little rude. Last time I tried to order, two delivery drives showed up to my house and gave me the wrong food. The second delivery driver got upset because I didn’t tip them because I had already tipped the first driver. It’s was a 25 dollar meal. Apparently they don’t do requests to add meats anymore either. When someone requests to have something added and is willing to pay extra to have that item added, I wouldn’t think it’s that hard. I don’t think I’ll ever be going to this domino’s again. Pretty disappointed.

I had made an online order and idk how but I made a mistake on my order and it was placed for the date I wanted it. I called the Aztec location and they took care of me and started my order immediately. Customer service was kind and patient. I wish I knew the names of the workers but I appreciate all and anything they could have done for me. 10/10 call service

Just want to say I have never written a review but this place… oh this place. I love dominoes but this one in Aztec is a joke every single time I’ve ordered something has gone horribly wrong. Tonight was my breaking point I ordered a pan made pizza with bacon,jalapeños and buffalo sauce after a hour long wait I drove home irritated but exited for food when I arrived I found a plain cheese pizza. How in the world does that happen? That pizza went through 3 toppers eyes and the person who boxes and cuts it then when I drive back to get a refund the homeless looking topper laughs in my face and says “we suck man” you guys need to actually make sure the people you hire can at least read and know how to top a freaking pizza. Wow

This franchise is very sleezy. On Sat, Sept 6th, I ordered delivery service at 1 PM. At 1:21 the order entered a “quality check” status. It stayed in “quality check” for 30 minutes. When the driver picked the order, he did not pick up the complete order. The order was delivered in two trips.
After filing a complaint for cold food and poor service, the GM promised a credit for the entire amount of the bill. Two days later, I attempted to use the credit only to find how that I received less than 1/2 of the promised credit. USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I gave a one because u cant give a zero. We were told 3 hours for a delivery? But, first 1 1/2 hours, then 2, THEN they threw in the 3! What the heck, they aren’t equipped for busy times? Then I ask for a store manager higher than them and was told “I can’t give you that number”. Are you serious? Rude, changing times, then when you want to file a complaint, “we have 40 orders”, and hang up on me.. Really? This is the in Dominoes in Aztec NM. This is UNACCEPTABLE! If nothing else, train your employees on customer service instead of panic mode. I would fire manager AND employees since we talked to both. Thay can’t handle busy times?

The food is good and the employees are usually decent but the higher up management makes the employees hate their jobs. I was here to get an order and some high up suit was yelling at an employee over a tiny nose ring that on one would notice. But I definitely noticed the yelling.

Manager is terrible at her job. Not a single employee is trained or knows what they’re doing. Was told every person working was a new hire. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Lady with the red hair shouldn’t be working with any kind of customers. Get a new employee.
