Have you ever driven 20-30 minutes for a meal? If you haven’t, this is one place that definitely worth the drive. If you are looking to eat in be prepared to wait or fight for one, although a tight fit definitely worth waiting for it. I ordered for pick up and every meal was set up in its own space even though it was going to be a family meal. Many may agree that salsas and other condiments are ment to accentuate the protein in a meal other believe that the protein should be bland and allow the sauce to highlight the meal. I will tell you that here the proteins stand on their own. The sauces are also delicious on their own. There wasn’t anything that we ate that I questioned. I will continue to make the drive over and over to get the food!!! It was amazing!!!

Absolutely delicious Michoacán-style pork carnitas! The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—exactly the authentic taste I’ve been craving. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was outstanding. Ernesto went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—he made the whole experience even better.

Very pleasantly surprised! We’ve been to Carnitas Michoacan twice; once with a large group and another time for take out both times everybody liked the food and the service.
Maybe the only criticism is that the space is to small for the amount of clients they have, which I guess is a good problem to have.
