Its noon and they have 2 people working while 6 people wait in the lobby 30+ minutes for food because drive thru is priority. Im sorry manager but as a new restaurant your focus should be on customer retention and building brand loyalty not skimming employee expense to make your P n L temporarily look good. Taco Bell is 5 minutes. No chance i come back here. The staff doesn’t even check on lobby people to see what they are waiting on.

Im done with Del Taco in Woodland until they can get their act together. 5 out if the 6 times we have had them delivered or picked up in the drive thru, they refuse to give us sauce even though we make sure to order it or say yes when asked at the drive thru. For this alone you gets them 1 Star , and I will not eat there again. I will drive to Vancouver where they seem to know how to do their job. Let that sink in Owner of this Del Taco.

Food came out fast. Far from fresh as del. Fries were cold, burrito was only slightly warm and had ingredients I asked not to put on. That carne asada should not be advertised as such. Bathrooms were clean though.

Andy at the Woodland, WA location (brand new) was the sweetest guy! He helped out alot, as this was the first time we’ve eaten here! We got breakfast today. The food was good, it was HOT, and it made us full. That’s all that matters.

Good service – good food – high pitched, loud, constant beeping.
The pictures don’t match the food at all, so maybe ignore the pictures on the menu – should be orange, comes out yellow / tan.
The kitchen staff mostly spoke Spanish.

Finally got to try del taco for the first time and the food was delicious. But very disappointed with how their handling their business hours. It’s posted on here locally that they’re open regularly to 12am with the exception of holiday hours but they’re always closed after 8pm. I would like to have their actual hours posted instead of having to guess if they’re open.
