Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall and an exceptional gem if you love Italian.
They recently remodeled and have a new bigger, much brighter, beautiful bar.
The service is truly five star; crazy good from the moment you enter. Multiple employees, unnecessarily but impressive, check on you. That said, Mo (for Monique,) is pretty spectacular; I felt like family!
Delightful old school Rat Pack tunes play overhead and the interior is welcoming and very comfortable.
Never ordered anything I didn’t love from mozzarella sticks, bruschetta, hot sandwich, pasta, steak, pork chop, pizza, salads … you won’t be disappointed.
Plenty of free parking.

Okay, just to point out I’m not a super picky person. I’ve been there about 4 or 5 times and each time, the server was very nice and helpful. And i’ve had a variety of different dishes there.But i’m more of a angel hair pasta with meatballs, kind of guy and that’s always been good there.So I can’t talk about some of their special dishes.Because I haven’t had any.But if you just want basic italian, it’s good.

We had such a great experience at Cosmos thanks to our amazing waitress, Rosie. She was so friendly, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond. As a young mom herself, she completely understood what it’s like dining out with a toddler, she just got it. She brought out our son’s food early, brought to-go boxes before we even asked (because with a toddler, you’re always on borrowed time!), and made us feel so comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to have someone anticipate your needs so naturally. We left saying, “That’s how customer service should always be.” Rosie was absolutely lovely and turned what could’ve been a stressful dinner into such an enjoyable one. We will be coming back more frequently.

Yummmm. So far one of my favorito Italian restaurants in Orange County. We had Chicken Parmesan and a shrimp pasta and both were equally scrumptious. The Chianti house wine was sweet, full of a berry taste and was smooth. It was also a generous pour. The only thing the place needs is Italian music instead of Taylor Swift. That’s my 1 request since I’ll definitely be back. It would complete the ambiance. But great food and friendly service so 5 stars.

Caesar salad with grilled chicken – amazing. I feel silly getting giddy over a salad but it really is that good.
Cindy’s special is a great dish – filled with veggies and protein so you don’t hate yourself later. All entree served with an abundance of bread.
Meatballs – darn good. My go-to when establishing whether or not I’ll be revisiting an Italian restaurant.
Parking lot is sufficient, shared with other retailers but always able to find a spot. Hospitality and ambiance – you feel like family when dining here. They are warm welcoming and attentive. Love the chocolate Andes mints after dinner.

I took 2 bites. And then a picture to leave this review. I am not from this area and am loyal to my favorite Italian place. Ok. This is hands down one of the best takes of chicken carbonara I have ever had. I asked for butter they were so generous, same with the bread. I’m Here for a short time but thank you Cosmos for making my night better with your fantastic food
